What other electronic bands / DJs are playing besides Conspirator and Pretty Lights? I would really like to go to one show like that each day but those are the only ones I know of off the bat and they are both playing the same day.

Off the top of my head right now: Animal Collective (on the experimental side but they are amazing), Passion Pit, The xx, Wolfgang Gartner, Boys Noize, Araabmuzik, Porter Robinson, A-Trak, Holy Ghost!, and Purity Ring
Just from memory, though I absolutely love electronic music so I'll have most of them in here: Capital Cities, Charli XCX, Clockwork, Death Grips (crazy), Empire of the Sun, Four Tet, Paper Diamond, Tiny Victories, "Walk the Moon" and "Wild Nothing" could also be considered electronic I guess, combine those with the ones you and mrchristopher listed and that should be all of them or close to it at least. Lmk which ones you like because I'll probably be at alot of them.
Yeah, I do as well, I'll probably catch the end of his set in order to attempt to get at least a decent spot for Matt and Kim. But i'm really into Tiny Victories, an awesome electronic duo that is very... unique, because they haven't released much music and their shows are very intimate usually, so I am eager to see what they do because they have an hour set at Cafe Where.

Do not miss Boys Noize. He is huge.
Porter Robinson is a really good dj too. You should take a 20 minute break from PL and check him out for sure.
