YES! We make the trip to TN every summer from Ohio and always stop in KY and split a carton between two of us, normally about $40-$50 a carton, from what we've experienced. I'm sure prices vary between brands. Anyway, I would recommend it!

I smoke Marlboro Black Menthol and i know here there only like a quarter or so more then Pall Mall's so ill definitely be stopping in Kentucky for my smokes! Thanks.
