Prater's BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Dave's Mini Donuts, and that crazy cajun place near That Tent with the unbelievable sausage and chicken jambalaya plate!!!
Prater's (I'll also eat at their actual restaurant at least once while I'm at Roo), and I'll be trying The Cracked Truck and The Big Cheese at some point.
The Food Truck Oasis has the best food by far at Roo. I always try at least 1 thing from every truck. I forget the name of the truck (maybe remembers), but I had one of the best burgers ever last year from one of the trucks

Those donuts were fantastic! I cannot wait to have a few! I really enjoyed the giant ears of corn last year. Very tasty and easy to eat at a festival unlike the huge burrito... I'm pretty sure I had like four smoothies last year too! So good!

I've had those donuts at multiple fests and they are great. As far as the Jambalaya, my group is bringing our own homemade batch for the campground meals. I really can't wait for Roo.
I still can't figure out who the vendor was but the curried chicken plate from one of the vendors near the Adult Swim area just about made my Roo last year.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be searching for this crazy Cajun place you speak of. I love jambalaya!

Haha you will love it my friend. They usually don't have any big signs pointing them out, but if you are looking at That Tent straight on, they're up the incline to the left in that little row of vendors. Let me tell ya - They do this one plate, I think they call it the Triple Combo or something. It's smoked sausage, blackened chicken, and pork loin over spicy rice. They throw onions, hot sauce, and a big scoop of melted cheese over everything. It's an absolute masterpiece.
