Spicy Pie is next to impossible to miss - it's on the What side of the main path between What & Which, and will have a banner that says "I <3 Spicy Pie" and "PIZZA" in big-ass letters.
The grilled cheese is a far more elusive beast. Keep an eye out for a stand called Bearly Edible somewhere on Shakedown St - the signs will mostly be advertising their quesadillas, but they sell grilled cheese sandwiches as well. I know there are some grilled cheese vendors out in the campgrounds too, but I couldn't tell you where exactly.
