I have a DSLR (Pentax K-2000) with a three inch 18-55mm lense===do people think they won't allow that in? Did people get their lenses in that are not professional but do go to 200 mm? Thanks.

You're probably not going to be able to get a DSLR in period. I'm bringing my Sony Cybershot DSC-HX20V, and I'd reccommend picking that up before you leave if you need to get some good pictures. If you're attached to the option of detachable lenses, You could pick up an Olympus.

The security does not know pro from non-pro. The larger the rig the more likely to be hassled. Stand your ground a bit politely and most will let you in unless your rigged out for a safari shoot.
