This will be the first year i am going to Bonnaroo and i was just curious what the rave scene is like at night, not that that's the only reason I'm going lol. Like any good edm music there? just wondering
There's a ton of stuff to do at night at 'Roo. If you're looking for a rave scene, you'll definitely find it Friday night. Plenty of EDM. The Silent Disco is always going in the evenings and no one will question erratic dancing there. And even if the music people are playing isn't "rave" music, plenty of people will be sporting glow-in-the-dark gear and may or may not be indulging in rave party favors.

No need, they pass them out at all the late night shows.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.
If you usually glove, I say you bring them, because if you bring them and don't end up using them it won't be a big deal, but if you leave them home and in the middle of a show you have the desire to do a show or something and you don't have them, it could really bring down your mood. Just saying, do what you want, it's your choice, you make your roo experience!!!
Hahaha, you didn't know about gloving? How many edm shows have you been to at roo, because if you've never seen anyone glove then you've never been to a real/ crazy/ real crazy electronic show!! I'm personally not really into it, probably has something to do with not rolling, but I find it.... Entertaining and I appreciate how people use it to spread happiness in their own little way. But you really didn't know this?

Great EDM at night this year (even though not all artists probably consider themselves to be EDM)! Just great late night shows in general! Artists love having those late night sets because it really gives them all the creative freedom they want! Look up the "I know the truth - Pretty Lights" show from 2011. He played until at least 6-6:30am and it was one of the best shows that I have ever been to! I expect nothing less than amazing from him this year too (he's dropping a new album soon). Last year Umphrey's played until jeeze around 7am with a show break that involved Big Gigantic taking over the stage (jaw dropping). DJ Jazzy Jeff Thursday at 12:30am in the silent disco will be a spot to check out! I mean...how could you not! Animal Collective always puts on a visual stimulating show! It conflicts with Pretty Lights but it's possible to see both..or choose! That's the fun of Bonnaroo.

I just got my gloves and haven't been able to use them at a show yet. I'm planning on packing mine and my led hoop for late nights. If you are a glover, I'd love to meet up and maybe learn some stuff? I'm totally new to gloving
