I'm sitting in the office, ignoring my cell, clicking the refresh button on the recent posts screen 'cause I can't concentrate on anything else. I'm so quacking excited its stupid. Been over my camping list twice today, and I keep contemplating the schedule like a calculus student, making sure I haven't possibly missed something. My first 'Roo, and I'm convinced it'll be my best festival to-date. Looking forward to sharing a laugh and a song with as many of you as possible.
Unfortunately, I'll be doing the dance all day tomorrow as well. I'm wasting more money than I'm making lol. Oh well, nothing adds to the overall enjoyment of something like anticipation. I'll just keep teasing myself I guess. My heads gonna friggin explode when I finally get there!

I HEAR THAT. I'm working today and tomorrow and its KILLING me. AND I'm launching a huge work project right after I get back so I've got huge piles of work to do before I go and I can't concentrate on anything even though I really need to! I'm approaching some kind of anxiety/pressure/excitement state of abject mental paralysis...
Just back from my lunch break and the sit begins. Just gotta be patient till 8pm.
I'm counting down till 8 too. Longest 8 hour day of my life
And worst part is I came in today to get off tuesday. Usually get back to PA around 4am on Tues. last thing I want to do is work 6 hours later after a 13 hr drive. Knowing that its worth it sitting here not than then.

Ahh yeah I have to be back at work Tuesday too. Tuesday to Monday I have off. Next Tuesday will be hell on earth

Yeah, as I scrambled around on lunch to make some last minute purchases and Abra took stock of all we needed to do, we decided I needed to say "f*ck it", and I cleared it through my boss to start vacation today after work instead of tomorrow. The only downside was I had to power through a bunch of work before I left today which sucked. It's going to be nice to be able to start early in the morning with preparations though rather than after 5pm.

I have one more shift tomorrow, but I've been humming Animal Collective and calculating expenses in my head. The one thing I've done correctly is not putting on my wristband yet -- you know, to keep it "profesh."

I bet it felt good once you were done with all that work. I have about 45 mins left of a brutal rainy day.
