I have been on a workout plan and improving my diet health after some health issues and have been taking a number of supplements daily and some of them are white powder. Has anyone brought in supplements before and had any issues? I plan on bring them in their market bags from the vendors I got them from but some of them are kind of expensive and if they were confiscating, it would cost me a chunk of change? Any experiences or advice? All of them are perfectly legal.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

I've been wondering the same thing. I have a perfectly legal prescription to some hefty pain-killers for a chronic injury I have. I want to bring a couple with me, but I don't want to bring the whole bottle because I'm afraid they'll be stolen or something (also, they expired ages ago, so it's not like the label does me much good). I worry that if they go through my pill pack at the tollbooth, they'll find those and arrest me or something.

Couldn't you just dump all but a few in a different container and bring the one with the Rx label on it?

With Schedule 1 and 2 drugs, isn't the prescription void with the expiration date?

I wouldnt worry about scripts. I take vicodin everyday for chronic back pain and brought my bottle with my last year along with muscle relaxers without issue. They cannot deprive you of medication.
If you dont want to bring the whole bottle, take what you dont want to bring and leave them in another container at home but bring in your prescriptions with you in your bottle. That's what I am going to do.
Also a tip - but them in your backpack and when you get your car searched - take your backpack with you when you get out of the car. When they say they need to search it, tell them thats fine but they are going to do it right there in front of you so that you can ensure nothing gets taken.

That's what I did with my Adderall prescription last year. I only brought what I needed in the official Rx bottle and left the rest at home.

No, once you have been prescribed them, you can have them with you as long as they are with the bottle and the drugs written on the bottle match. Doesnt matter if it has been a day or 10 years.

That's my understanding also. So long as the Rx and what's in the bottle match your good. And from the sounds of it your only bringing a few so it's not like you have a giant bottle that you could potentially be selling from. I wouldn't expect any hassle at all.

What I am worried about is supplements in powdered form that resemble illicit substances but they arent. I have them in the bags they came in from the vendors I got them from so hopefully it is okay. I will also need my digital scale. I am going to leave it all in the wide open so it doesnt look like I am trying to hide it.

if they see it, they can smell it/test it to see if its illegal as soon as that test proves otherwise it will be alright, Also, they might run the dogs on it to see if they alert but as soon as the Dogs don't alert to any narcotics you will be alright. the digital scale might cause you a little grief but if you EXPLAIN and EXPLAIN and EXPLAIN everything you shouldn't have a problem, I'm bringing Maxalt which is for my chronic migraines, as well as Reglan for pain, they cannot legally deny you medication unless you are bringing in an astronomical amount, being over the amount of pills listed on the RX bottle.

More than likely if the Volunteers get worked up they will call in the cops, I wouldn't worry just bring it in original containers and any paperwork that goes with it, like instructions, etc

I was going to bring some Creatine with me but decided against it, the stuff looks (and feels) too much like alot of stuff cops/volunteers are going to be looking for. You'd probably be OK if you have all the original packaging but personally I wouldn't risk it. I am going to bring some protein powder, but given that it is brown and smells like Chocolate, I think I'll be OK.
