cincikid03 maynar -- Here's another Bonnaroo paradox for you. They want you to be as eco-friendly as possible, but require you to bring a bazillion small aluminum beer cans instead of one great big one.

Hey, kegs are dangerous! You could put your eye out!
Haha thanks guys, come to find out there are 6 kegs we will be bringing to the house when we get back. Anyone near Charlotte need some beer?
When you say "near Charlotte," are we talking like a 400 mile radius? And when you say "need," do you mean want? Hehe, it's always good to have something cool to come home to, so that normal life and rules aren't so rough.

Near is relative to the person interested. I'm in concord and don't care how far anyone travels as long as they come pick it up. Obviously the people who need will travel further than the people who want, but both are welcome.
We brought 2 torpedo kegs last year and are bringing a full size this year! dont let some volunteer kid with a shirt boss you around!
What if the "volunteer kid with a shirt" turns into a "cop with a badge?" Not saying you couldn't get a keg in if you got lucky, but I've seen some pretty thorough searches that would easily have found any size of keg. Besides, rules is rules, and it would be painful to give up a whole keg (even a free one, which would presumably cost you the lost deposit). If you do it, I wish you luck, and I've got a cup ready.
As for the can problem mentioned above, at least they are recyclable. I literally just took 100 pounds of cans to the local scrap yard today and got an extra $60 for more beer or merch or whatever. No deposit here, so the scrap value is like free money once in a while if you don't mind saving them rather than putting them on the curb.
I'm not worried at all. I'm not a patron so I don't have to deal with a lot of that crap....upon arrival we just drive straight through centeroo to my worksite and drop it off. We're thinking of having some sort of Beer Pong shindig, if we do I'll personally try to get onto this board via my iPhone and PM you the secret location
