If u can get off at exit 81b. Then right on Rutherford then right on broad. It's the back sneakaroo way but its backed up too. But it is inching along. We on it now bout 8 miles from highway exit and that took us over an hour. 21 miles to go!
We took bradyville pike to gossburg rd and got back to 41 and its clear and are now about 12 miles from Manchester only took about 20 mins from broad and Rutherford

Took broad far then back onto 24. Then directed to exit 127 by traffic sign only to then have to loop back around. In a line on the shoulder of 24west bout 17miles long. Out of 3 years this is by far the biggest cluster fuck and earliest we have tried to arrive. Cops on 24w are searching on the shoulder. My advice stay on 41 (Manchester pike) and do not get back on to 24. 41 takes u right to entrance BUT Im not sure if its open heard they making people get back onto 24. Good luck!

They are indeed making people on 41 get back on the expressway. So much bullshit
If you get off at 96 near Murfreesboro and get to the corner of broad and Rutherford follow the roads I said above. It got us all the way to 41 then took it to 55 now were sitting on 55 almost at 24
The wreck on 24 exit 81 is the worst. Multiple airlifts.

To be honest we r kinda freaking out just being on this shoulder on 24. Semis are whipping past mere feet away from this massive line. If another one jack knifes it would be horrific. Complete sand still on 24 now for last 15minutes was inching along but not no more.
Ugh. Let's hope for nothing serious. Hang in there, y'all. Keep in mind that people know what's up and are doing their d@mndest to try and make it right...
Update from TDOT Interstate 24 eastbound in Rutherford County - Crash - Overturned Tractor Trailer at MILE MARKER 89 reported at 6/12/2013 7:40:00 PM and estimated to be cleared by 6/13/2013 3:00:00 AM (Central Time Zone). Eastbound traffic is affected with the on-ramp blocked. Westbound traffic is affected with no delays. Information provided by THP.
It was originally cleanup by 12.so it could change again
Edit: TDOT site says the site at Mile Marker 81 is "estimated to be cleared by 7:00AM CST" - so hopefully y'all won't be stuck there for several more hours, though that seems possible. Hang in there!
