I lnew about it! I was at West TollBooths for 12 hours yesterday/last night. There was a Manager walking around keeping an eye out for entusiastic carpoolers. He was handing out swag last night. Sometime today 9 lucky carpoolers at each toll with 4-5 ppl in the car will get instant upgrades to VIP. But, you're right, not many vols knew about it, but we weren't the ones haning out the perks anyway.
