Here are shout outs to just a few of the many many people who helped me have a great weekend.
First and foremost, QSAROO for helping me get there. I'm sorry I wasn't more effusive about this when I saw you, but I'll be remembering this Bonnaroo for the rest of my life and those memories will always include you guys.
Middle Tennessee State's student radio (WMTS I think). When I was flying down 24 in the middle of the night in a rental car with only am/fm, they were spot on.
@rosko for watching Bjork with me in a non-awkward near silence.
Bjork.
wolfmanjess for shouting out my pie to the food network.
That dude who gave me a free coozie.
Lettuce for making the hip hop Superjam perfect.
The people who inflated all of R Kelly's balloons.
The people who picked up all of R Kelly's balloons.

Tom Petty for giving a shiz.
And finally, for now, Britt Daniel.
Richman says you need to quit lawyering and get back to baking.
For my end, I have to give a huge thank you to custeph for helping us with my ticket. I am not sure how we would have made Roo happen this year without her help.

Awesome! I was hoping the pie had made it into the broadcast. Especially it being home-made and all that. I watched the "Jess shows Adam around the brunch table" segment from a distance so didn't hear anything. That's really great though.
I want to thank all of you for providing the info that got me obsessed with Bonnaroo and those of you that I was lucky enough to meet at brunch and around the Farm...and Paroxysm714 and JenniferJuniper whom I met at Waffle House in Kimball, TN.
I also want to thank Laura the Access coordinator for making Bonnaroo accessible for everyone which, if you or the person you Roo with is disabled, makes a HUGE difference. Laura and her team ROCK!
If it wasn't for this site I would've been a mess. It was a much more intense experience of my life, way more than expected, and thanks to this wonderful site and people I was at least 90% prepared. I can't even begin to call names because my brain is still racing so I'll say thank you ALL. My first Bonnaroo was magical and I'm glad I got to share it with so many awesome people.

Just thanks to all of you for being so awesome and making Roo so much better than it already is. I love this group of people, and every Bonnaroo confirms it even more. I love being in a field of 80,000 people, and constantly bump into people I know, from all over the country.

1. Mike D for organizing the VIP Inforoo camp. He was super awesome. A+! Also, all my campmates for being totally rad!
2. Bonnaroo Safety. They were amazingly professional and totally cool. I had A LOT of interaction with them (they're crawling all over the VIP areas) and not one of them was negative. In fact, they were all overwhelmingly positive. Thank you, Safety! You keep the wooks from stealing all of our stuff while we're not looking!
3. Bonnaroo cleaning crew. Are you perfect? No. Is Bonnaroo RIDICULOUSLY clean, considering the number of people and the messes they make? Yes! This goes double to the guys that clean the portos. That is a thankless job, but I'm thanking you now!
4. Bonnaroo's organizers. Yes, we have some minor complaints, but you manage to create a city of 100k people out of nothing every year and make it look easy. None of us can imagine the amount of planning Bonnaroo takes. Thank you for making this amazing world for us to live in!
5. The vendors with awesome food. Most festival vendors make food that tastes like re-fried poop. Bonnaroo's vendors actually CARE about their product, which is how they can make a doughnut that I would literally do naughty things to if I could. Those Amish doughnuts are amazing.
6. My fellow Bonnaroovians. There are a couple bad seeds, sure, but almost all of you are overwhelmingly happy and carry the Bonnaroo spirit. Without you, we could never create what makes Bonnaroo special. Thank you!
Great thread idea. So much gratitude, where to start?
Thank you to Dave Maynar for the previously mentioned big hug – great having you meet the whole family. You now have the honor of being the only person here who has met all three of the little knuckleheads.
Thank you to custeph for the wonderful TIN plaque and for carrying it around in your bag during the Superjam.
Thank you to crazykittensmile for one of my favorite moments of the weekend. I loved saying “Hey Alisa” to you, watch you say hi to me while clearly not knowing who I was, then watching recognition in your eyes, and getting a “OMG it’s Tom” with a huge hug.
Thank you to the two guys who offered rail spots to my boys for Solange. Not all bros are created equal, folks.
Thank you to my amazing family for sitting through all of Paul McCartney and not making fun of me when I leaked a little awesomeness during Let It Be.
Thanks also to my family for a great Father’s Day – they wore shirts that had a picture of me with my Bonnaroo bandana on it and said something about what a cool dad they had. Mrs. G totally made them as a joke and for a goofy picture, but two of them refused to take them off and wore them all day long.
Thanks to Bjork for impressing the hell out of me and fully winning me over to the pro-Bjork camp. In fact, thanks to Paul, Tom P, The National, Jim J & Co., and many others who really just put on amazing shows all weekend long. I've never seen so many sets where the performers were so "on."
Thanks to Delicious Meatball Sub for texting me that DIIV got moved so we could stop standing in the tent and roll over to catch Milo Greene.
Thanks to the gas station in Riceville, TN for having sanitizer in that stanky bathroom.
Thanks to all the women with naked, painted breasts who allowed me to discuss the naturalness of the human anatomy and silly societal norms (even though I discovered later the rugrats were actually keeping a count of how many they saw).
Thanks to the dead skunk off of 81N that gave the rugrats a chance to say “Ew, smells like marijuana.”
And finally, thanks to the volunteers, staff, and artists who just pulled off a spectacular weekend – loved every minute of it.
SERIOUSLY thanks for all the vets on inforoo who made our trip truly freaking amazing. Without this information there is SO SO SO SO SO SO SO much we would of failed miserably at. Because of these boards we came more then prepared with enough things to share to make a weekend magical. Everything from EZ-Ups to Spicy Pie to Glow Sticks to only cooking breakfast in camp to how to deal with making corn on the cob. Just seriously so much info that made it magical.
