Sooo many regrets this year. Biggest was not going into the pit for The National. Watching it from the platform, knowing & seeing that friends were all in there experiencing a truly awesome show had me in tears.
Is it the standing or the potential for contact that keeps you out of the pit? If it is the latter, arrangements can be made.
Most of the time it was the standing. Last time I tried for full set was Muse in ATL & I was miserable. By Sunday it was both. I have a spot where when touched will bring me to my knees. Isn't always that bad, just when having a flare up. Going to have something done before next Roo because I refuse to go through it this way again, and not attending is not an option. Appointment has already been made.
Regret not picking myself off the grass and getting up in the middle of Billy Idol's set.
Was going to regret missing Alt J but got great spot for Paul's sound check.
Regret not sneaking more beers into Centeroo sooner. Took till Saturday to get that down pat.
Regret not riding the Ferris Wheel at least once.
Overall I am shocked I didn't have bigger one's reading this. I can easily become the "i drank too much in excitement guy" and maintained a steady easy pace the whole weekend. No blackouts, no spins, no over indulging on any treats.

My biggest regret was leaving very early Sunday morning...then again, I was home for Father's Day and spent the day at a water park cooling down!! Not too bad after 8 days on the farm...
Mising the Soul Superjam for Billy Idol. I was severely disappointed by Idol.
Really? We weremt digging the Superjam which was like one of our top shows and went to see a bit of Idol and I thought he sounded damn good for his age. I thought it would be a trainwreck which is why I went.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

I never quite made it into Centeroo on time and ended up missing JEFF the Brotherhood and Bernhoft who were both acts that I really wanted to see.
This was my number one regret as well. One of my Roo-mates had to fly home Sunday to be back for a wedding, so after Bustle we agreed to stay up and walk with him to the North Gate for his 730am cab. By the time we got back to camp and passed out I just couldnt get myself up and in for JEFF the Brotherhood, especially knowing we had a long drive ahead of us later that night.
Other than that my only regret is not staying at R Kelly longer. I didn't want to sacrifice a good spot at the Superjam, but it ended up starting late and my buddies that stayed for all of Kelly were able to make their way to our spot inside the tent eventually anyway.
1. Missing most of Jim James solo set. It was a priority show for me, but I had left some necessary provisions at camp and had to run back. 2. Locking my keys in my car within an hour of arriving on the farm. Having to fork over $50 because of my stupidity is no bueno. 3. Missing brunch! Next time I will allot more time for searching for you guys before the music starts.

For Saturday LN, I went to the beginning of R Kelly, caught Billy doing Dancing with Myself, went to Weird Al for a bit, caught Rebel Yell and White Wedding from Idol, and stopped by the Superjam. In retrospect, I highly regret not staying for all of R. Kelly. I heard so many amazing stories about it!
Also, my single biggest regret of the weekend was leaving Bob Saget minutes before John Stamos came out. -_____-

From what I've heard from people up real close, he lip synced the whole set.

I partied hard all weekend. Everyday was a trip of some sort so I don't really regret any day or missing any show. I guess one grrrr: We left Paul (not till the very end) to see ZZ and we were so far away, it could have been the NKOTB and we couldn't have seen the difference. We need more big screens Roo. cr****

My only regret, if you can call it that, was missing the Soul Superjam. But Beach House had so changed my life with their set that all I could do was get away from "This Tent" and try to make sense of it all.
I don't doubt the Soul Superjam wasn't the best thing ever, but I know that what I felt during Beach House's set will never be replicated. And for that, I don't regret missing anything.
Now if I hadn't talked to that cutie in the fedora snapping pictures in the photo pit, that would have been a regret. Too bad he was straight.

He was my 2nd best act of the year. Had a great spot and when he changed LA Woan ro Bonnaroo Woman, that was killer!
I was disappointed I did not stay up for Pretty Lights. Alos disappointed I did not get to see J.D. McPhearson.

Missing Brunch. Was so worn out from Animal Collective the night before. Hope to see you guys there next year!
Also not getting the woman's number whom i put all my clothes/camelbacks/walkie talkies/tent in her car because my friend and I brought way too much important stuff to carry. Lucky that my brother was at Roo. Easily the most stupid "first time Roo" mistake ever.
Foals and polyphonic spree are the two shows i am kicking myself for missing. The really bad part is that I slept through them so it's not like I was missing them for someone else I wanted to see.
I went to the 'Trapped In The Closet' singalong over the Polyphonic Spree surprise show, which I'm not sure if I regret or not.
I waited all afternoon for a up-front spot for Beach House and therefore missed Björk. Beach House was pretty awesome, but that waas almost surely a mistake.
I don't know that most of mine are necessarily regrets because they were the result of conflicts that I don't regret choosing between (Superjam over Weird Al and Billy Idol). I hate that I missed Poly Spree doing RHPS but I got there 2 hours early and the line was already insane so I can't say I regret it enough to miss as much of Thursday as I would have needed to get in.
I kind of regret leaving after the Superjam and not catching any of Bustle, but I know it was the right decision. I had an 11:30 interview on Sunday morning so sleeping in/taking it easy at camp wasn't an option. In the end, being coherent for my interview trumped seeing Bustle.
Honestly, probably my biggest regret was on the coverage side of things. I waited until the last minute to contact DJ Jazzy Jeff's people about an interview, figuring I had no chance at getting it. They came back interested but we never could get the logistics worked out on short notice.
My only regrets this year were overindulging in corn in my excitement for both Paul and alt-J. I ended up becoming anxious and wasn't able to really enjoy the shows, and I really, REALLY regret that.

From the pit and I can say without a doubt R kelly was NOT lip syncing. I
Not staying up for Polyphonic Spree's fountain set because I wanted to save energy for the rest of the weekend.
Also missed Brunch, due to having too much fun with my campmates. Look forward to meeting y'all next year though!
This is absolutely my biggest regret. I was so excited about that show, and ended up so tired that night that I was falling asleep during maps and atlases. That was probably my best night of rest of the weekend, though
