I've been to Roo 4 times since 2004, and I do love it. However, I went for the 10th anniversary last year, and I have to say, it was basically a crappy experience. They seem to of sold WAY too many tickets and it was a nightmare trying to get from stage to stage. It was either too many ticket sales or the layout changed, or both, either way it was disappointing, and there were LOTS of complaints from regular Rooers. Just wondering what this year was like. I'm thinking of heading back for 2014.
This year was incredible. Paul into zz top, björk, dance party superjam, bluegrass tent. I didn't feel they had too many people at all. This was my third roo and I feel it was the best I had been to yet.

It was wonderful, as always!! Plus they had planted tons of trees, there were way more shade tents, picnic tables and areas to hang out. And they had better food vendors. And the weather was fabulous! This was my 8th year and just love it more and more every year

It was Bonnaroo. That should pretty much tell you how awesome it was. Are there some things that need improvements? of course there are but they are working on them year around...
the corrct answer: It was Bonnaroo. Sorry for those who missed it this year. It will be back again in all its glory next year. Start planning!

Okay my first Roo was 2011 and I thought the lineup was incredible that year, but I missed 2012 cause I didn't have cash and wasn't feelin the lineup as much. This year I liked the lineup a little more than 2012 but it still was not as good as I thought it could be, but I still decided to go with my crew cause they were all going back again and I knew it would be a good time cause, it's Bonnaroo. Well this year was a game changer for me and now I must go back to Bonnaroo every year. One thing that enhanced my experience this year was going in an RV, and we had a 10 minute walk from Centeroo versus the 45 minute walk in 2011 (that almost ruined my time that year). Also way less bunk shit going around than in 2011. The weather was amazing this year and my group was just way more prepared this year it was perfect. I even lost my wallet with more than $500 in it which I could have let ruin my time but Bonnaroo 2013 was life changing. I'm so happy to have a festival this awesome an hour away from my hometown.
This was my fifth trip to the farm and by far, my most enjoyable Roo ever. I've never had such fun. I feel like every year you go, not only does the Roo make improvements, but as a Roo-er, you learn things as well. This year was the perfect blend of Bonna making the right impROOvements but also applying the knowledge I have gained from past Roos. For the first time, I can truly say I kicked Roo's ass. Gonna be hard to top this year in terms of lineup, perfect weather and all-around awesomeness, but I'll surely be going back to the farm to find out.

I am a Libra so I can be wishy washy haha. Every year is the best Roo. Each different and every year improvements etc. Tnx to Laura and the ADA team which made our time there perfect. Our neighbors were all great, the weather, the d's, it's the Roo. cr****
10th anniversary was in 2011. The crowds are still there (Thursday was PACKED, it was very difficult getting a good spot in any tent) but everything else was awesome.

It was 5 days of nonstop awesome. This was Roo 3 for me and I can't decide whether I liked this year's more or last year. This year deffinitly felt more crowded than last year, but not uncomfortably so. Also I haven't seen this mentioned but I swear they made the tents a little bigger and improved their site lines. I don't remember being able sit on the grass far out from a tent and still be able to clearly see the stage. Anyone else notice that?

Maybe later in the evening, but I saw some awesome bands while the sun was up Thursday, and very great positions. We were maybe 10 people back for 21 pilots. Saturday night was crazy
This was my second Roo. I've went the past two years. The actuall bonnaroo experience was better my first year which was less crowded and easier to get good spots for shows. There was less trash and less people shoving. This year the actual music was so much better though.

This was Roo 3 for me and while I think I left last years Bonnaroo with that Roo glow (probably my favorite) this year was no disappointment. We had some personal friend issues that came up (two of our regular croo had to turn around on the way there* for a family emergency) that I think made it a little bitter-sweet for me. But that being said...felt like more people than last year (IMO) but can't wait to see what next year has in store!
