There are no specific rules. If you feel like you saw a show, count it. I usually try to catch more than a couple of songs to count it, but it depends. Sometimes, if I see the last song of a set, I count that too.
I saw 47.
One at Sonic Stage. Two at Cafe Where. Five at The Miller Lite On Tap Lounge. Eight at The Other Tent. Eight at This Tent. Seven at That Tent. Eight on Which Stage. Eight on What Stage.

I only count it if I see the majority of it. My count is 20. Id say my Bonnaroo show average is about 22ish...so that was kinda normal. This was my favorite year yet, so Id say I did it just right.
*Full Set *Nicki Bluhm *Milo Greene Futurebirds JD McPherson (watched most of it from a picnic table pretty far back) *Walk The Moon *Purity Ring *Father John Misty Maps & Atlases *Capital Cities (I guess we were there for all of it, but not paying attention) *Polyphonic Spree Local Natives (8 songs) *Of Monsters & Men *Grizzly Bear *Wu-Tang Clan *Paul McCartney The xx ZZ Top *Lord Huron The Tallest Man On Earth *Portugal. This-8 Which-6 That-5 What-4 The Other-3 On Tap Lounge-2 Sonic-1 Fountain-1
Django django Calexico Paul Zz top Björk Futurebirds 2x Rock n soul super jam Bluegrass tent Sunday 4 full two partial.
12 full sets many partials.
I made it a point t be well rested for the late night sets and for Paul. So I took it easy during the day. The sun really takes it out of me. So I stayed around camp during the heat of the day except Sunday when we bummed in the bluegrass tent. Coulda shoulda woulda seen more but I feel like I really enjoyed what I did see instead of being very tired while seeing a bunch of bands I wasn't emotionally invested in. Wished I had seen cloney (seriously bumming) and frank turner. Left petty early because he started with two songs I didn't know and it really started to rain and I didn't have a poncho. It really wasnt worth getting sick over i guess. Over all very enjoyable and well rested roo.
Paul zz top björk and the dance party super jam paid for my ticket as far as I am concerned. I got in early during the presale and only paid $265.

15 I would count as really seeing, plus some silent disco action and partial sets! I think this is the least I've seen at Roo but definitely one of the best Roos to date.

I count it if I saw at least half of it.
Milo Greene Araabmuzik Walk The Moon Django Django Father John Misty Alt-J Trombone Shorty Passion Pit Grizzly Bear Wilco Sir Paul Lettuce/Hip Hop SuperJam Gov't Mule The Lumineers Jack Johnson Rock and Soul SuperJam Bustle In Your Hedgerow The National Tom Petty
so 19 total.
On Saturday and Sunday I took it real easy during the day. Saturday,I knew I would be up all night so I went to Mule and then just chilled at camp till evening. I don't think I got back to camp until 6:30 am the next morning. Sunday I took it easy because, well I didn't get back to camp until 6:30 that morning.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

Thought of this same question on the car ride home, and counting only FULL sets, as in seeing every single moment of the show, I got 13.
If we're counting sets you walked by and heard a song, sets you heard entirely/partially from your tent, sets you heard while at the back of What stage getting smoothies, I'm at 23. Though I really don't feel like those count. If I were an artist, I'd hate for a listener to say they "saw my show" if they overheard half a song while walking for some gyros.

This was the fewest I've ever seen: 21. I usually didn't get rolling into Centeroo until 2-3 p.m., but the trade off was I felt pretty rested for the most part.
26 sets that I saw more than half of, which is by far a high for me in 3 Roo's. Happy with that number and think I'll shoot for a similar pace next year.
