Yeah out I've used Firefox forever, and have always used it to surf the board. The other day it suddenly started to suck. I can't edit posts, can't delete posts, there is no toolbar at the top of the 'Submit Reply' box. The ShoutBox isn't updating. I can't post images or videos. It all around blows. But when I view the board on Chrome it works just fine. What gives?

I haven't noticed any problems but haven't tried it in Firefox today. The board was working totally fine for me this week though. Do you have add-ons/extensions? Maybe one of those is causing some issues?

I haven't added any new add ins/extensions or even updated any recently. It literally went from completely okay and then when I checked back maybe 10 minutes later it started acting weird.

I mean Chrome is good. I just don't like it personally. Plus I think Firefox has better add-ons and extensions. Plus I think Mozilla is a better company than Google.

Yea, the first step is determining if it is a widespread Firefox issue or if it's solely an issue on Banshee's computer. That should make it easier to try and narrow down what is causing the problem.

Also, Chrome is awesome. They are quickly catching up in terms of plug-ins/add-ons and I've found that Firefox crashes a lot more (usually because of flash or javascript issues).

Well I don't know what happened but I logged back on today and all seems back to normal

Weird....maybe a glitch of some kind. Don't know what the issue was but if it comes back post in here.
It's working okay for me with Firefox after the layout/format change... however, other proboards sites have been unbearable after the change. I still don't dig the new layout, but I don't really have any issue with it either.
We are forced to use this godforsaken browser at work.
I just got a new computer at work after 5 years of using an older one that finally had a hardware failure and now I am forced to use IE with this new machine. I'd successfully avoided IE for over a decade too.
