Okay so now that Bonnaroo has confirmed the 2014 dates (June 12-15) and the World Cup begins on June 12, does this create a conflict for anyone? I know it does for me, in 2010 did they show games in the cinema tent?
There was about five thousand of us watching the US play England on the Lunar Stage in 2010. I hope they come up with something better than the Cinema Tent.
Worst case scenario you miss a pool game. Not the worst thing in the world.
If you had any dedication, you'd skip this miserable faux-Americana laden excuse for a festival and get your arse down to Brazil. You can see Dave Matthews anytime, go support your side.
hell I'd love to head to brazil, I pay the $50 annual fee for the supporters club, and part of that is having the opportunity to skip the lottery and purchase the tickets directly. But I'm also a college student that can barely afford Bonnaroo, if the money is there, I'll be going to brazil for sure

I expect this to be a big problem. I remember in 2010 that it was insanely packed at that crappy Lunar Stage. I wonder if you will have to get in line like they did with Conan?

Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
I'm glad someone has thought about this. I would not have expected that kind of a crowd for soccer in TN. But, then again, I didn't expect to see another Tottenham Hotspur fan in their kit at Bonnaroo, either. Come on you Spurs!

I've wanted to get a Bonnaroo soccer jersey for years now but was holding out to get 14 since it's my favorite number. I just hope they don't look like crap next year. Also, I've noticed they've switched brands a couple times over the years. To anyone who's recently purchased one: are they still good quality/keep well?
I thought about getting one this year. Didn't, but they looked like they were really nice. As I recall, they carried a pretty steep price tag, too. They were Nike, and looked like the stuff you would get from World Soccer Shop or something like that.
If you are tiny, they still have size Small on the website marked down to $40.
