I know he played ACL in '05. The few shows he played live a couple of years ago were without a band. I couldn't see him doing a major fest like that. Newport would be great for him.

So, get ready here for the shameless plug. I play in an Americana band called Schucks Road and we released our first EP back in July. We are in talks with a management company and record label at the moment, but since you all are fans I figured that I'd share the EP in case you guys wanted to check it out. Saw him play with Willie and Dylan at a minor league baseball park. Expected to hate it, but enjoyed it. It wouldn't be something I would be able to make time for at Bonnaroo.

I'd love for the Wood Brothers to come back to Roo. That's where I first saw/heard them. Pretty sure they were one of my first shows there. Just heard the other day they are opening for Zac Brown Band. Seems like an odd pairing.
