They are playing one show as far as I know so I don't think it'll be a long-term thing. I don't think it'll happen at Roo but I wouldn't be angry if it did. I'd prefer Neil and Crazy Horse or Neil Solo though.
There was definitely a lot of talk throughout the Summer that CSNY was going to be Neil's next project after CH. Would be the lowest on my list of Neil projects I want, but any Neil is good Neil.
Well they sounded as good as anyone did on the webcast lastnight (the mix was awful all night). I could see them closing Sunday or maybe pre-headlining.
I get the impression that Neil is making rounds through the bands of his past and retiring them. I've been lucky enough to see BS and CH. I will need to make an attempt to see CSNY before it's done forever. I definitely won't be waiting around with promises of a big tour. It hardly seems a coincidence to me that the last two ended with canceled dates.

I saw them twice when they toured a number of years back and it was a great night. That being said, I'm with the majority here wanting any other form of Neil for next summer.
I'd prefer most of Neil's other bands, and by the time the Roo lineup drops Neil will probably have planned and cancelled 20 other band reunions, but I'd still love to see "Almost Cut my Hair" on the farm.
