I could probably get behind Incubus. Their music is the soundtrack to some of my favorite childhood/teenage memories but...Mayer? The best touring blues guitarist? No.
Honest question. Have you ever seen him? I've literally never met anyone who has seen him and hasn't instantly been impressed with his live shows. That includes some of the most skeptical folks
He is a seriously amazing blues guitar player. His singing is alright, I can deal with it. Along with all of his pop songs. But seeing him jam out live is incredible!

I saw him way back in 2002 or 3 when he was touring Room for Squares and I wasn't all that impressed but I think he was more trying to "sell his brand" back then than be a real musician but regardless, he just rubs me the wrong way. I feel like if he played Roo it would be met with the same reaction that Jack Johnson was met with for his last minute replacement set this year. Sort of a "yeah he's good and I like his music but...".
I could be completely wrong, it's just my opinion. If he did play I'd give him another chance I just don't see it happening.

I don't care for his music, but he impressed me at Love for Levon last year. I certainly wouldn't be averse to seeing him in a Superjam one year. Boy's got some serious chops.

I think THAT would be a more feasible option, the Super Jam. I just really can't see him headlining.

Oh I absolutely don't think he'd headline. I think he'd probably fit nicely in the Sunday Pre-HL slot
I feel like if they're ignoring Inforoo they're missing out on some pretty detailed consumer feedback/data.
I'm pretty sure there have been a couple of instances where it's been made known that they read the boards. I think the fact that they pretty much gave up on their "community" boards on the Bonnaroo.com page implies that they recognize this site as the top community page
Headliners-- 1) Eric Clapton 2) Daft Punk 3) Eminem 4) Phoenix 5) Widespread Panic
Undercards-- 1) Modest Mouse 2) The Avett Brothers 3) Justice 4) Old Crow Medicine Show 5) Steve Aoki or Major Lazer or both... ....countless others....
Clapton Roger Waters/Zeppelin/Stones (I'm grouping these together as "not likely but pretty pretty please?") Foo Fighters (because I want David Grohl on the farm for a SuperJam damnit) Further Pail Simon/Sting tour
Though if I can pick headliners that have already happened, I want Springsteen back (wasn't there in '09) & Paul McCartney as a permanent installment.

Seriously how sick would Black Sabbath be on the farm. I know they may be "heavy" but quack it we've had Tool and Alice Cooper, GWAR and other heavy names. My god I can see 100,000 people getting down to some Sabbath. I can already hear War Pigs starting the set and the sh!t totally hitting the fan! It would be too insane.
Undercard:
Modest Mouse - - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Flogging Molly Zappa Plays Zappa - would be incredible GALACTIC w/ Maggie Koerner - my god this was INSANE Clutch CAKE
WEEN in the offhand chance that they reunite. Trampled by Turtles

i've seen TOOL at a handful of venues but none could top Roo, i know there were there a handful of years back and probably won't be there this year or possibly ever again, but it would be a huge bucket list item to see them on the farm!
For the other 4 i'd say:
tiesto led zeppelin rage against the machine rush (they aren't touring this year but they put on a hell of a show)
