We're heading over from the Winston-Salem area early Thur. Can't wait!! Word of warning - last year the Tenn cops on 40 were VERY busy. Watch your speed and try to look "normal".....
My wife and I work in Charlotte and live in Mooresville. We will be leaving from Mooresville either late Wed or early Thurs. I am very excited to take my wife to this, as she has never been to this type of thing. I have been to countless shows but she has not gon
As I was saying one post earlier (b/f I very rudely interrupted myself) this will be a whole new experience for my wife and I am excited...but admittedly a little nervous. She has gone to some WSP shows, but big difference obviously. What are some of the main music spots, in your opinion, in NC. We travel to the mountains to hear some good bands but the Charlotte area (where we work) has a horrible music scene for a decent size city, in my opinion.
I'm heading to Roo from Winston-Salem.. but we're not hitting the road until around 6pm Thursday evening so that should put us there around 2-3am Gonna be tough to set up camp but at least we're there..
BTW.. the best music spot in the state of North Carolina is far and away our very own Ziggy's in Winston Salem

oh wow, that is crazy... someone else from Mooresville going to the Roo... never woulda thunk it!
my buddy Bob and I are leaving right after I get off of work at Atlanta Bread Company (baker ) at 2am Thursday morning
see you there!
EDIT: HAHA.. whoops.. didn't realize that was from '05
but still kinda interesting to know that there are other people in this town that do cool things like go to Bonnaroo.

me and my friend are leaving Mooresville around 2 am on wednesday night/thursday morning... just wondering if you guys might want to caravan until you meet up with your friends.

Yup. Leaving early Thursday AM from the Fayetteville area. Can't wait!
I am so sorry man.
Anyway, I'll be leaving Boone with a buddy Wednesday afternoon, as I am working the Outback Kate tent, behind the "Bonnaroo Store" on the way to Shakedown. Someone stop by!
