It's 1.1 miles from one of the Palm Springs shuttle stops, on the 2014 route map anyway, not sure how set in stone that is for 2015.
Thanks. Right now I am booked at the Comfort Inn in downtown Palm Springs which is only about .4 miles from The Rennaisance stop, but the rate at Best Western is much lower so it's tempting. Walking over a mile back to the hotel at the end of the night doesn't sound fun though and I would imagine getting a cab would be difficult. Hmmmmmmm

If I can find a split for my room, the whole stay is going to cost me a whopping $130. Between this, and the rental car deal, if I can find a cheap flight I might be able to get out of this whole mess, including ticket, for under $1k.
Also, how early did you guys pretty much figure out the headliners this past year? I remember seeing on these boards that most people pegged AF, Muse, and Outkast pretty early on. Is that usually how it seems to go or was it just a weird year?

That's usually how it goes. Coldplay and Tool are possible. Macca, probably not.
I'm thinking something along the lines of Pearl Jam/Coldplay or Black Keys/and a reunion or one off we haven't named yet.
A new album, the Glasto gig, California natives, and a prior working relationship with Goldenvoice. Obviously nothing concrete but it is bound to happen at some point and this year would make sense.
