Since we are moving into the buying and shipping stage of this, last year, did we hold off on identifying who everyone's Santa was until most everyone had got theirs? I seem to remember that we did, so the most people possible could be surprised by who had them until they got their actual gift. It'd be nice if that could happen again.
I think the way it worked last year, we waited until someone posted that their gift was received before informing them of their secret santa.
I mean more that you could post that you got your gift and what it was if you wanted, but you didn't post about who your Santa was, so those who got their gifts later couldn't figure out who their Santa was by crossing out all the people who had already been named as other people's Santas.

He's saying you can post about your gift, but don't post who sent it until maybe closer to Christmas, when we know most (if not all) people have received their gifts.
You can reveal yourself to your recipient when you send their gift, but not posting WHO your Santa was keeps people who haven't received their gifts yet from knowing who their Santa is (or isn't) by process of elimination.

Dear Secret Santa recipient, Despite your good survey answers, I am still at a slight loss as to what to get you - so hopefully you'll appreciate an assortment of various (non-touristy) Aussie goodies.
