It's already not helping that this show would've been within relatively easy driving distance a year ago - but what's really not helping is that he did his first Australian tour in almost a decade 8 or 9 months before I moved here. So, going by that standard, I should be getting to see the Purple One, oh... a couple years after the Olympics after next. Crap.

I still think it's so random that he decided to do a run of nothing but Carolina shows a couple of years ago, and still hasn't gotten around to a run anywhere else remotely near. I'm hoping for a couple of ATL dates or something like that (still), because I really, really should have gone to more than just the one here in Columbia. Undoubtedly, the best indoor concert I've ever been to, and possibly my favorite concert, period.
If this couldn't get any more awesome. Robert Randolph and the Family Band are playing the Wolfs Den(lounge in the casino, free show) on that Saturday. I think I maybe asking Santa for a plane ticket to CT.

Ya I saw that. He will definitely busy out some Prince too. I've seen him there before and it was a great time. Just make sure you get a seat early if you go!
