In addition to the 'green' (I see more of a blue) tying together their albums and his hand, it could just be used to emphasize the v. Either way, I'm going with Chvrches on this one.
Yep, I'm with you guys - there doesn't even seem to be any room for doubt here. (Unless that's what they WANT us to think.... oh god.)
This is what I fear. The line-up comes out, and we've been wrong on everything because they were using 3rd level thinking for all the clues.
Example: Churchill is showing a blue V sign in the picture Blue V = Blue Velvet Roy Orbison is on the soundtrack Joy Orbison rhymes with Roy Orbison Bam!

For posterity:
I'm a Roo Noob (is there a Bonnaroovian term for that?), and I was really looking forward to the cryptic clues, but if these turn out as simple as they seem on face value, I'm kinda disappointed. On the other hand, I like two out of three obvious answers, so in the end if I enjoy my first Roo, the build up won't matter. Right?

In previous years the clues have been ridiculous and nearly impossible to solve. There would be 30-40 guesses before we would get it right and we would have no idea when we did get it right.

They're not gonna make a crappy lineup. There'll be something for everyone. And this is the first year that the clues have been so easy. Last year... Oh god

Actually, not true. The clues in 08 were super easy and for really big names on the lineup. Janis's Preserves. Clouds Taste This Way.

You know the clue is easy when the Facebook page has solved it. They could post a picture of Bruce Springsteen with the caption "It's Bruce Springsteen" under it and someone on Facebook would guess Daft Punk.
