This is the only navy Finnish flag I've seen. It's usually (I think) that light blue color. I would think if it were Greek it the colors would be inverted to match the flag.
If it is the Greek flag my guess/hope would be Keep Shelly In Athens.
Their lead singer told me a few months ago she hoped to be playing Bonnaroo or other American summer fests.
I will buy every single one of you a ticket to Bonnaroo if this clue isn't about First Aid Kit.
It's just weird that they'd use a Finnish flag for a Swedish group. Or an inverted Greek flag. But it'd be weird if they completely changed the colors on the Swedish flag.
Considering the quality of the clue images up to this point, I doubt they're putting that much thought into it.
Obviously they are trying to trick us on this one with the "what country is this band from" clue. I say Sweden is out, the colors don't match. That leaves Finland and Greece.
More literally, it's Asclepius' staff (a Greek god). I think that locks in Greece as the intended country.
Or it may just be there so there isn't any confusion about it being an ambulance. The staff comes up once or twice somewhere as a reference to medicine.

Thinking about it Drive By Truckers makes some sense. Athens capital of Greece, Athens Georgia. Doesn't explain the medical symbol on the vehicle though.

Perhaps the ambulance represents a typical reaction to a "drive by"
