Flaming Lips are a pretty perfect band to lead a superjam. They have a history of covering other artists like with Dark Side. They've done a ton of work with other artists in the live setting like being Beck's opener/backing band for a tour. They put out a full album of collaborations that has another Roo lock, Nick Cave, on it. I feel like there would be a lot of possibilities with them leading a Superjam.
The Flaming Lips will be playing Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds tonight on Letterman with Sean Lennon as part of the Beatles week. Broken Bells did a pretty sweet version of And I Love Her with Ringo playing along on a tv the other night too. So I'm loving this idea of a possible Beatles superjam.

While I don't think they'd have the Superjam artists play during Blam it also could be sort of a "here's what you'll get if you go to the Superjam" type of promotion. Especially if they're letting us know on the day of the lineup release who will be in it (Flaming Lips/Wayne and Ben Folds?).
I'm not taking the tweet as confirmation but it certainly seems like they'd be hinting at that. Beatles themed Superjam would be pretty cool, though I'm not sure how they'd top the last two with that.

Haha that just sounds like fun! I'm only mildly interested in FLips and Ben Folds, and though I'd probably be at the superjam regardless of what they were playing, a Beatles superjam would be really, really awesome.

This info from Bonnaroo makes it sound like the Superjam is just for BLAM. WE'll see.
