How would you know the types of music that I "know nothing about"? I grew up listening to Godsmack, Disturbed, System of a Down.... the list goes on. They may not be classified as Heavy Metal but close enough. I listen to every type of music and give it all a chance. I listened to a few songs by Meshuggah before making my original post. So your attempt to point out my lack of knowledge on a specific type of music just failed. All I said was that I would not be attending this show because in my opinion they suck. I did choose to respond, you're right. And actually I am entitled to respond - that's pretty much exactly what an entitlement is, a/k/a I am entitled the right to respond when someone addresses something I've said. So now that we've covered what "entitled" means, let's move on.

If I grew up listening only to the hip-hop they play on top-40 radio stations, I'd probably dismiss that genre in certain ways too.
