When I was younger I went to see a boston hardcore band play, except I never got to see them. I pulled up to the club to see a guy in a confederate flag shirt(I believe it was a Skynyrd shirt) , bleeding all over the sidewalk. He was sucker punched and killed by an FSU member, simply for wearing a confederate flag shirt. Every now and then I think about it, how lucky I am to be alive and enjoy music and shows that this poor kid was just trying to do. I know this is completely off topic, but maybe it can put this whole argument into perspective. Sometimes it's one punch to the right spot and falling the wrong way that can kill you, and that can happen anywhere.

FSU is the absolute worst. That whole scene is a stupid, hypocritical mess.

How would you know the types of music that I "know nothing about"? I grew up listening to Godsmack, Disturbed, System of a Down.... the list goes on. They may not be classified as Heavy Metal but close enough. I listen to every type of music and give it all a chance. I listened to a few songs by Meshuggah before making my original post. So your attempt to point out my lack of knowledge on a specific type of music just failed. All I said was that I would not be attending this show because in my opinion they suck. But how is it that whenever I make a post about anything either you, horn, boner, or rj are right there to TRY and make me look stupid. Go harass someone else on this board. I said that statement about getting punched in face as a joke. Simply to describe the atmosphere at the show.
