I can't be too critical since I don't take the time to do my own, but here are a few points:
-No way Blackberry Smoke is on Thursday. That is for up-and-coming bands and those guys have been around for years. Not really sure why they are on the lineup, but whatever.
-The Head and the Heart will be on the Which at the smallest, not a tent. They are way too big and high on the list to be where you have them.
-Carolina Chocolate Drops into GOAT would be the best audience switch-over ever.
-Cake and Andrew Bird conflicting would break my heart

Big thing I noticed was the globalfest announced who was playing their tent so the Master Musicians, A Tribe Called Red, Seun Kuti, Dakhabrains, and La Santa Cecilia will all be in the same tent.

Your mock is actually quite reasonable disco. I like it a fair bit. The only thing that seems out of place to me is how early you have Andrew Bird playing in the tents. You are the only one putting people I wouldn't mind skipping as the which pre-headliner closer (fri/sat at least) so you have my vote.
The Classixx/Cut Copy vs Nick Cave conflict would kill me though.
Since no one wants to share the template, here's mine for just what/which.
And yes, I put Tegan and Sara in there.
Friday:
What: (2:30-3:30) Fitz and the Tantrums ---? (4:30-5:30) Tegan and Sara ----? (6:30-8:00) Vampire Weekend ----? (9:00-11:30) Kanye West
Which: (3:30-4:30) The Naked and Famous (5:30-6:45) Broken Bells ---? (7:30-9:00) Phoenix--? (12:00-2:30) Skrillex
Saturday:
What: (12:30-1:30) First Aid Kit -----?(2:30-3:30) Cake (4:30-6:00) Ms Lauryn Hill---? (7:00-9:00) Lionel Richie -----? (10:0-12:00) Jack White
Which: (12:00-1:00) Bobby Womack --? (2:00-3:00) Cage the Elephant --?(4:00-5:00) Damon Albran --? (6:00-7:30) Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds ----? The Flaming Lips (8:30-10:00) ----?(12:00-1:00) Frank Ocean ---? (2:00-4:00) Kaskade

Thursday shows have slowly become more established acts, though - The Walkmen played Thursday in 2011 but had had a decent following since ~2004, for instance. I think Blackberry Smoke is certainly within the realm of possibility. I also think Chvrches & Classixx are likely contenders for Thursday as well.
If they put Flaming Lips, Cut Copy & James Blake as pre-headliners, while scheduling some acts for late-night that could easily play during the day... somebody's gon' get hurt. I'm not saying it couldn't happen (see also: 2012 w/ SBTRKT & Puscifer in the day and Pedrito Martinez Group & Unchained late-night), but I won't be happy about it. In general though, I think the mock is pretty realistic.
EDIT: Hold the phone - there's a band called the Black Lillies? ...as in Big Black Lily?
Here is my first mock, (with disclaimers attached) I've never been to Roo before, so purely guessing how big the tents are
I've not bothered to amend the set times, I know disclosure won't play for 2 hours but doing so seems pointless so early on.
As my location suggests, I'm from the UK so had to use inforoo/the line up counts on the official site to gauge how popular bands are, some I'll have got waaay out.
I know some things appear WTF. But looking at the last 2 schedules some things do look a bit iffy. Tame Impala were only be 2nd HL in The Other Tent? and I'm assuming ASAP Rocky would be much more popular than previous Other Tent HLers that weekend. LN looked light in 2012 compared to 2013
The four boxes in red I've added to make bands fit, this makes LN look very heavy going, but I'm speculating that will be the direction Roo moves in.
Thursday looks a little stacked, I know this but it seems similar to last year?
2012: White Denim : SBTRKT : Superjam : Punch Bros : Feist : Radiohead
2013: The Stepkids : Dirty Projectors : HAIM : The National : Paul : Animal Collective : R.Kelly : DATSUPERJAM : Byrne & Vincent : SWANS....damn. take me back to 2013
(1) Damon Albarn (2) Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds (3) King Khan & His Shrines (4) Ty Segall (5) Ms Lauryn Hill (6) Darkside (7) Kanye (8) Janelle Monae (9) Goat (10) Meshuggah.
This would literally be damn near perfect for me. I could see Chvrches and still get close for Kanye. Late nights wouldn't be too bad for me either. I know arctic monkeys for sure won't be Saturday so switch them and neutral milk hotel from Sunday and I would be in heaven with this schedule.
Pusha T vs. Darkside is sad for me. Saturday late night is pretty rough too.
But Friday and Saturday 'days' would be incredible. Saturday in particular I could stay at the Which Stage for 8 hours assuming I didn't need to use the bathroom or eat or sit down. lol.
Weirdly enough, your line-up would leave me little to do one the usual clusterfuck time of Sunday evening. I guess I'd check out parts of the bluegrass superjam and neutral milk hotel, but it isn't the normal soul crushing despair.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
I hate when stuff I want to see is on the which stage period, let alone entire days like that.
The worst day I can remember was Friday 2009. Ignoring Animal Collective's terrible time spot, it was something like Yeah Yeah Yeahs>TV on the Radio>David Byrne, mixed with equally good stuff on the What Stage. Wasn't too terrible other than constantly having to restart from the back of the crowd.
Since that year, I don't think there have been more than 5 shows that I really enjoyed on the Which. Primus in 2011 blew my mind, but other than that and Flips and White Stripes in 2007, Les Claypool in 2008, the stage definitely doesn't have a huge success rate for me.
I would have been better off doing literally anything other than attempting to see Of Monsters and Men there last year, for example.
God I missed that DARKSIDE, Pusha T, Classixx conflict. Kill it with fire.
Yeah, super shitty. On the plus side, your Arctic Monkeys/Neutral Milk Hotel flip gives me something to do on Sunday and leaves me open to see Lionel Richie on Saturday.
Since we're still discussing this schedule, the following conflicts are effing terrible:
Nick Cave vs. James Blake Flaming Lips vs. Disclosure Frank Ocean vs. Cut/Copy vs. Superjam Skrillex Superjam vs. Danny Brown.
I'm 50/50 on the possibility of Danny Brown getting a LN.
I'm really hoping that we'd have a similar Thursday hip-hop tent of Danny Brown --- > Yelawolf ----> Kendrick with A$AP Ferg -------> Danny Brown -------> Chance the Rapper

Every time I've really wanted to see something there during the day it was like the hottest day of the year. So I'm hot as fuk, chugging water, which means I have to pee a lot, which means I lose my spot in the small area where sound doesn't suck ass for whatever reason.

(newb here) Is it just bad because of the pit situation? Or is it the heat exposure? Not getting to wander around?

The pit situation is actually pretty good, at least from my limited experience. The bigger problems are lack of shade, sometimes gigantic crowds depending on the popularity of the performer and the volume of the performance.
Apart from Of Monsters and Men being hugely crowded and hard to hear, I waited nearly all day at the stage in 2007 to see The White Stripes. Something like 7 or 8 hours with no bathroom break and I only made it to about the 15th-20th row.
Some shows are worse than others, but Mumford & Sons, Buffalo Springfield, The Shins, Old Crow Medicine Show and I'm sure others if you asked around were either way too crowded, way too quiet or both.
I'm going VIP this year and am very interested in the VIP area at the Which. If that cured even half the Which Stage issues, it could be a huge boost to the weekend.

There's no shade, so you have the heat issue, but because you're drinking more water to compensate, you also have to pee more. I don't know about the average healthy young male, but if I want to see two bands at the which stage, that's a period of 3 hours usually. It is not possible for me to go 3 hours without a) peeing or b) getting into dehydrated territory.

It's not always bad though! Last year, I walked right up to David Byrne and St. Vincent because it was under-attended. That show was awesome. Also what I saw of Childish Gambino in 2012 was fine too. The Which Stage can be very hit or miss, but the bad times are particularly frustrating.

Last year was my first but I noticed early on that if you aren't in great positioning for the Which the sound is nothing compared to the What. I remember thinking the speakers were blown or distorted during Grizzly Bear last year until I got up closer. Also you could hear a lot coming from other directions if you were too far away. The Other Tent also was difficult to enjoy if I didn't work for positioning.
Music Midtown: 2011 Bonnaroo: 2012 - 2016 Forecastle: 2013 Rock al Parque: 2014 420 Fest: 2014-2018 Shaky Knees: 2015 - 2019, 2021 Seen tons of local shows since 2004.

That is all.
I dunno, Flips vs. Disclosure is partly to spread people out, partly because it offers the option of a dance party or droney stuff.
I'm operating under the assumption that the blues superjam goes forward; If it's a funk superjam or something, that whole night has to be shuffled around.
Moved Darkside 15m minutes later to avoid Classixx overlap
The Which on Saturday seems kind of inevitable to me, since Damon is so high, but I went ahead and put him and Cake in a tent, 'cause it's my fantasy, dammit.
