This is probably my favorite thread every year. Upload your mock schedules using Excel or screenshots or whatever. Who's playing Late Night? What are the worst conflicts on your schedule? I hope to have my own detailed mock posted in early March.
Here are a few tips to help you out: Kanye is Friday, Jack White is Saturday, and Elton is Sunday.

Arctic Monkeys/White Denim tour dates - maybe AM are closing the Which on Sunday?
Sat 14th Iroquois Amphitheater, Louisville, KY Tues 17th Stage AE Outdoors, Pittsburgh, PA Wed 18th Artpark, Lewiston, NY Fri 20th Firefly Music Festival, Dover, DE Sat 21st Molson Amphitheater, Toronto, ON Sun 22nd Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica, Cleveland, OH Tues 24th The Lawn at White River State Park, Indianapolis, IN
SATURDAY What: Lionel Richie -> Jack White Which: Flaming Lips -----> LN Phoenix
SUNDAY What: Avett Bros -> Elton John Which: Arctic Monkeys
I have no idea who plays what day apart from headliners, so switch around different acts to different days if you want to. I think these pairings make a bit of sense, though. I'm not gonna poke any further than that, besides to say that lines 3-8 will almost all play LN tents, close tents, or play daytime What sets. Some of them will show up at the Superjam. Surprise.
Most switchable: Lionel Richie and anyone. Most likely Arctic Monkeys, because I worry about them on the Which stage.
You could also add a LN stage set (Lionel? Arctic Monkeys?) by putting Skrillex on the What stage and someone on Which right after him. We don't have enough headliners to do that, though, without giving putting Nick Cave or somebody back on a Which pre-HL slot (which could work) or putting a superjam on a stage.
LN Phoenix makes sense to me. They're billed pretty high, and they've played enough other spots on the lineup, including closing the Which. It feels like their turn, and they could do it as well as any rock band on the list.

Kanye will be pissed off that hes not on the Which stage as a late night act. He will demand Skrillex ends the Superjam early, and then proceed to begin his set at 4:22 am, topping his previous 'performance'

And why not put Skrillex on the main stage after Kanye? That gives us space for Arctic Monkeys or somebody to play an extra late night stage set. And opens the beautiful possibility of Kanye West derailing the entire festival. He will be extra pissed about the white Ivy League kids on stage before him, while Frank Ocean is stuck over on the poor little Which stage :_(
