I'm glad you have it easy. Friday I'm tent hopping from Other tent to What stage with a little of That tent. Late night I'm in other tent, but would want to check out Pusha T. Saturday I start off at What, go to Other, then go to either What/This, then to Which, and back to Other. Late night at Other. Sunday I'm at What and Other tent with a mix of Ice Cube.
Well damn, why'd you make it so hard on yourself? lol.
The Damon Albarn/Janelle Monae conflict was the next closest thing I had to a 50/50. But I think I'd pick Albarn because he just doesn't come around that often. Late nights were easy choices for me of Superjam>Pusha T/Glitch Mob and Disclosure>Frank Ocean>Something, assuming the Superjam "?" isn't must see. Also in your mock, I might take a break from Friday this tent during Chvrches to check out Meshuggah or Master Musicians. Since this is all really happening...
Edit: I also have to point out the Danny Brown>Die Antwoord on Friday when everyone has energy would be freaking nuts for the middle of the day.
Nice Job, only Alberto's is better so far IMO. James Blake vs. Arctic Monkeys would kill me though.
Also - it seems like everybody sees Rudimental as being early in the day in a tent. To me, this would register as them getting majorly screwed. I know they are nowhere near as big in the US as the UK, but I really hope they at least get a late Thursday spot or tent closer, or LN (LN probably not happening).
problem with Alberto's is the dates artists are playing are wrong, no Globalfest tent, and the bluegrass tent on Sunday is wrong as well. Nothing against him as he posted before the dates were known.
edit: I'm sure he'll create one that's better than mine when it is all said and done.

You have both skrillex and frank ocean doing a LN What, was this a mistake? I think skrillex MIGHT be plausible but I think Frank Ocean will be just fine on the which. Maybe I'm underestimating popularity here.
Frank Ocean would be just fine on the which, but I didn't know where to put Wiz Khalifa. Point is, there will be lineup additions. How many, I don't know. But I do think there will be two "stage" acts late night each night. So what do you do? Force the crowd to wait an hour to set everything up? Nah, they'll have which running after headliner plays, then the what running after the which late night.

I've been thinking about this a bit also. A Which/What double LN makes sense, but it also doesn't. The What is absolutely huge, and I worry about any act coming on at 2am getting lost in that space. Half the LN What possibilities are EDM acts, and I just can't see too many people hanging out in the grass for Skrillex or Kaskade. These are shows where most of the crowd will want to pack in a bit, which I can see working on the Which Stage but can't really imagine on the What without half the area empty. Skrillex is a maybe on this, though -- I can almost see it. But not quite. Daft Punk could, but they'd be headlining anyway.
Doing a double Which, though, isn't that crazy. They have just 45 minutes downtime between sets, which isn't bad. If Kanye plays from 10-12, for instance, Phoenix or somebody could start right away on the Which, finish around 1:30-1:45, and Skrillex or Kaskade would start at 2:30. Which isn't bad.
I can see 3 Which headliners, but 4 would be unprecedented. Past schedules are the best reference for future schedules, and four just hasn't happened before... Similarly, an act below the top line playing LN What would also be unprecedented. Has anyone done a LN What since Jay-Z? He was fourth on the lineup. Before that, Phish did one, and they were top two. So yeah, having a LN What and a LN Which makes some sense, but it just hasn't happened yet, and probably won't.

Really hope Arctic Monkeys are put on the What, putting them on Which would be disastrous. Right now they're the 4th most added artist, ahead of headliners Jack White and Lionel Richie. Top 5 atm: 1. Elton John 2. Vampire Weekend 3. Kanye West 4. Arctic Monkeys 5. Jack White
GET THIS MAN A JOB IN THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT. This would be a best case scenario for minimal conflicts.
One of the things that gives me anxiety... out of some of my favorite acts: Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, Arctic Monkeys, Neutral Milk Hotel, Flaming Lips, Skrillex, Damon Albarn... I'm pretty sure these will mostly all be the acts who fill up the preheadline slots on which and what. And pitting some of these guys against eachother is going to make me really really sad.

On the app it has AM at #2 which is amazing. I'm certainly pulling for them to land on the What Stage.

^ It's that or daytime What. Unless they were to do a LN What set or displace Avetts, Vampire Weekend, or Lionel Richie for a What pre-headline spot. I think either of those are *possible*, but unlikely.
And yeah, it's gonna be packed if they do Which. When I saw them at Lollapalooza a few years ago, they had the biggest crowd of anybody I attended. The band has a huge following in the US, and arguably should be landing headliner spots on the level of bands like Mumford, Kings of Leon, Jack White, and RHCP.
AM on late night What would be ideal, but is almost certainly not happening. The best I can hope for is LN which starting just before the headliner finishes up. I would have no issues with leaving Jack White or Kanye a little early for a decent spot.

I feel that. I was forced by my group to leave Paul last year for the XX whom I didn't care much for. But I ended up having a great time and still at least got to hear the end of Paul. Jack White is one of the main reasons I'm going but I would leave him early in a heart beat to get an amazing spot for AM. I've only seen them once and it was awkward and I feel like they're gonna blow this out of the water.
I don't think it would be that surprising to see Arctic Monkeys pre-HL on Sunday. I know the Avett Brothers are big too and they've paid their dues as far working their way towards the top of the lineup over the years goes, but I think it makes more sense to have another English band get the crowd moving in preparation for Elton. A lot of people just hang out at What before the headliner comes on on Sunday, and I feel like AM would just be an all-around more entertaining show. People who aren't there specifically for the pre-headliner would probably enjoy AM more than TAB.
