Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
May be the wrong place, but I saw Patton Oswalt put out a new album on Tuesday. Between that and his Elton John look alike, you think we'll see him on the farm this year?
What about Nelly as an addition? Is he too big a name to be added? He's touring with Florida Georgia Line this summer. They have a show June 12 in South Carolina, and then nothing until the 19th.
Hopefully I got the videos to embed... looking up "monster truck" in youtube can have varied results...and now for a sample of face melting (and yes, that's Deaner from FUBAR in the second video). Hope you all enjoy as much as I do!
One of the bands I was SUPER HYPED about seeing added! This is like Kyng was last year: A hard-rock badass band that should be a MUST-SEE!

Aside from comedians, possible surprise guests, and whoever is involved in the Superjam, pretty sure there is no indication of any artist additions happening this year. We already have more artists then any other year and I thought that they stated that they don't foresee any more artist additions. Do we have any actual knowledge of anyone being added that is currently not known? Has a PROVEN insider come forward with any addition information?
I think we will see more additions. I dont even think there is enough acts to fill out the schedule yet unless set time are extended which I doubt bc roo already gives artists more time than any other festival. I guess we will see about 10-15 acts than are billed between the 30-50 range

If anything there's too many acts. People making mock schedules often say it's difficult fitting everyone in.

a lot of smaller acts only get an hour so I think that there is room for some additions.

Look at the size of the lineup - it's already as big as previous years, and Bonnaroo has stopped increasing the size of their lineup each year like they did until 2009 or so. They tried a different tack this year and went for the Coachella method of putting everything on the initial bill.
You will get comedy additions, and it's doubtful they will be What Stage acts like Chris Rock or Conan O'Brien. But can you really complain about a lineup like that? (Oh wait, this is Inforoo. Nevermind.)

There's about 116 tent acts on the line for 2014 so far. If you go back to 2013 and take out all the comedy and silent disco acts, you end up right around 116 too. Add to this that Neal from Superfly said on Reddit that the line-up is pretty much complete barring something unexpected, and we're looking at comedy and silent disco additions and that is pretty much it.
Edit: I did a quick count, but it should be pretty much on point.

I wonder if more competition from other festivals has led them to present the total stage/tent lineup in full. In an era where initial lineups are highly scrutinized and compared, makes sense they would try to put it all out there on Blam night.
I was always under the impression that additions were artists they hadn't worked things out with before the initial lineup announcement. Is this wrong?

But what if it works out with enough artists to fill the entire schedule?
I still think there is room for more. The club stage acts won't be in tents and I bet the miller light stage is back and most of those acts don't get a tent set as well

Yeah, the club stages are the Cafe Where and the Miller Light Lounge. They just renamed them because fuck logic.

can't forget about the new Red Bull stage, even if they only do 3 shows a day during on it that lives six open slots

Yeah. I forgot about that. Those acts are still coming.
