Jungle are playing their first ever U.S. dates in a couple of weeks (they've only played a handful of shows period), and I'm incredibly stoked to see what their live arrangement looks like and sounds like. Their debut EP The Heat was among my most played records, and I was lucky enough to score a 10" of the EP before it sold out and started going for a mint on resell markets. The videos below don't actually depict anyone in the band, but you have to imagine there will be some sort of dance element to their stage shows. They're headed back to England in April and May, but they've announced nothing for June so far. I have to imagine they're a shoo-in for Glastonbury this year, though.

Wamp wamp.
The Daryl Hall and John Oates show on Tuesday, June 17th at White Oak Amphitheatre in Greensboro, NC is being rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict. We hope to announce the new date in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience. Stay tuned for details.
Tegan and Sara just announced a summer tour...with a large gap near Bonnaroo dates. Gah, I wish I knew, so I can decide if I want to go to the local show or not!
Bonnaroo was originally on the CoS dates. They have since amended them to leave the gap.
Save your cash.
They do have 2 dates in TN in May. I guess it is still possible, but it doesn't look too promising.

Just got an email from Livenation about the Chastain Park (in Atlanta) summer concert series. It says Hall and Oates are playing on June 15. They're also scheduled in Boston on the 12th. Not entirely unreasonable to think they could play Saturday.

Both of them have been on the farm at this point, so I'd hope if 'roo reached out, they'd be amenable to perform. I also think they'd draw a big crowd on the farm and put on a really fun show.
Beck (me being hopeful) The Kills (In Nashville 12 days before fest. Banking on them being there) Mac DeMarco (Just a wish) Savages (Just a wish) Spiritualized (thanks for planting this thought in my head ) St. Vincent (New album. Makes sense)

How about The Pains of Being Pure at Heart? Their tour only runs through 5/22, and their last two albums have been great. They've got a Nashville date in March, but I could still see it.

What kind of spot do you think they would they get? Billed and performance wise? They would be a can't miss act for me.
A few of us said that there might not be room for additions unless theres another stage added. I think we might get the lunar back. In the reddit chat somebody asked if the outdoor screens would be back for the world cup and AC said they would be. Last time they had those it was part of the lunar.

I hope they can integrate it with Roberta's Christmas barn somehow. I really enjoyed that last year and it seems like a much better super late night alternative than the Lunar stage with regards to sound bleed.
I also really liked how no one in our group could remember the name of that damn thing so we just took to calling it "Christmas Disco Pizza Party."

There no doubt are going to be some additions. My only concern with Hall and Oates would be they would be be a pretty big addition, and 'roo doesn't normally drop huge names into the lineup late. Empire of the Sun was the biggest addition last year.

i'm with you big time on beck and savages (and spiritualized)
St. Vincent is touring that week in Europe.. maybe even that weekend. NAHGONNAHAPPEN

The year before included Danzig, Rod Y Gab, and Kenny Rogers. There is a precedent for bigger names to be added.

That's true. I'd forgotten about Kenny and Danzig.

Fun. was added that year and was a popular act at the time too.

But also look at the 2012 initial lineup compared to 2014. 2014 is much stronger overall and leaves less room for big adds.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

they were on the main stage at OSL last year right before Vampire weekend. Hall and Oats > Vampire weekend > RHCP. i would guess they would probably be in a similar spot
But now I'm back to ignoring every Hall & Oates prediction. If they are there, I look forward to singing and dancing the night away with all of you. But they aren't going to be there, so why bother getting excited?
