Also, Eric Church is in Atlanta with Kenny Chesney on Bonnaroo weekend Saturday (6/13.) EC is joining KC for just 5 shows and EC has no date on Fri or Sun that week. There was mention of him being the big country act last year. Might end up being 2015.

I'm going to assume they would be listed as an Undercard type act but Linkin Park just announced they will be doing Summerfest in Wisconsin at the end of June meaning they will probably be touring around the States in the Spring and Summer. Just throwing it out there.

Jeff Lynne recently confirmed that he's working on a new ELO album and planning to tour the U.S. in 2015. If Bonnaroo were to book Jeff Lynne & Co., where do you think they would be billed?
Scratch that. They just announced a show this morning at the Opry in April. Seems unlikely now
Well damn. These overseas dates don't hold promise for a Roo appearance. I kinda wanted them too. I couldn't even enjoy their 2013 set due to the insane crowd.

I had no idea how popular they were when they played 2013. That crowd was unreasonably large. Even if they were to play 2015 wouldn't the crowd be even more ridiculous/over-hyped? I thoroughly enjoy their music, but I'd be lying if I didn't say that they're one of those bands who draw in people who don't know their catalogue but heard Breezeblocks at their friend's house 47 times.

So if Primus were to come to Bonnaroo, what kind of set would they do? If they are still touring the Chocolate Factory set I'd imagine it would be just the Chocolate Factory set + a few Primus songs to encore. I doubt they would be able to to a full Primus set before the Chocolate Factory set like they've been doing on this tour.
I have mixed feelings about it, because I just saw the CF set, and it was awesome, and I'm glad I saw it, but if I see Primus at Bonnaroo I'd want it to be a straight up Primus show. But I'd be happy for everyone who gets to see the CF at Roo, and I'm sure it would be a super cool experience with a Roo crowd.

Let me say this, I'm operating under the assumption that Primus will get a LN Which slot. If Primus comes and they don't play a LN Which set (especially if it's a CF show) I would feel bad for everybody that saw it because it just wouldn't half as good as it potentially could be.
That being said, I think they would have plenty of time to do their original songs as well as the CF songs because the running time on that album is only like 42 minutes (though, it's obviously a tad bit longer live) and their set would be at least 1.5 hours. So they'd probably be left with a half an hour at least, which would be ok (but not as good as a whole set of course.) In a perfect world though, Roo will give Primus the closing LN spot on the Which, so they'll be able to play as long as they want, allowing them to do two sets back to back essentially. (Which is possible, but I think they'll get the FLips spot from this year.)
