Not that I would put this on the list by any stretch of the imagination, but I figure deafheaven will end up playing Friday since Mastodon and Meshuggah are already that day.

Would you refer to that as the metal tent?
This sounds like you're ready to be offended if Dave were to say yes.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

The opposite.
I forgot to reply to this. Yes, I am saying that just based off Roo's history with putting all the metal in one tent on one day when they have the amount of bands needed to do so.
I can already picture the Friday conflict of VW, Frank Ocean, CHVRCHES, and Mastodon and it breaks my heart.
and if not Frank, throw phoenix in that spot
No way they schedule Vampire Weekend against Phoenix. Right now I'm banking on Phoenix being Saturday on the which against Lionel on what. Just sort of makes sense to me in terms of splitting up the crowd and avoiding conflicts for most people.

Seems to go against the Roo way of scheduling.
I feel pretty confident they won't schedule the 5th and 7th billed acts at the the same time. Has that happened before? Looking through the past few years they really don't schedule top 10 acts against each other, especially when the two acts in question have a similar style and fan base.

Putting The National and David Byrne/St. Vincent at the same time last year was very upsetting. I'd say their fanbases overlapped quite a bit.
Just checked and they were #10 and #12 on the lineup, respectively.

Bon Iver and The Shins were 5 and 7 and they have a similar fanbase but not nearly as similar as Vampire Weekend and Phoenix.

Oh jeez, I was thinking no way they would do that, then you pointed out that they have before.
