I feel pretty confident they won't schedule the 5th and 7th billed acts at the the same time. Has that happened before? Looking through the past few years they really don't schedule top 10 acts against each other, especially when the two acts in question have a similar style and fan base.
Bon Iver and The Shins were 5 and 7 and they have a similar fanbase but not nearly as similar as Vampire Weekend and Phoenix.

I hope that isn't the case this year, but wouldn't put it past them to do some sort of overlap to spread out the crowds.
Prompted by the last post, I followed this link and realized you shouldn't put them on Saturday just yet. The page clearly says "The Flaming Lips will give one performance on a day TBD between June 12-15."
"Manchester, TN @ Bonnaroo - Exact Show Date between June 12-15 TBA"
Yeah but if you look at the date before Bonnaroo at Pinkpop it has the same thing listed "exact show date between June 7-9 tba" and June 9 listed next to it. If you go to the Pinkpop website it lists them as actually playing on the 9th. it's just a generic statement they put on all of the festival dates even if they do list the correct date also.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
Just looked at OP, damn Saturday is shaping up to be loaded and conflict-heavy
Weird I was thinking that about Friday.
At least both days have double slots to give compared to Thursday/Sunday which are shorter to begin with. I'm willing to give them credit for doing a good enough job that there aren't lots of painful conflicts but it does still happen. This year the one I'm dreading would be Vampire Weekend/Frank Ocean though for some reason I think of him as an after dark act and them as daytime so shouldn't be a problem. *fingers crossed* In any case the fact that we get full sets not just 45-50 minute bs like most fests resolves a great many issues IMO.

But it also clearly says Saturday, June 14th as the event date. It would be quite odd for a band to put Saturday as a placeholder date. I'm sticking with it.
carligula you've got to relax. I find it very hard to understand why any band would put the 13th or 14th as a placeholder date. As someone else mentioned, this is probably something generic they have to put in the show info for festivals since the schedule isn't out.
