2012: White Denim : SBTRKT : Superjam : Punch Bros : Feist : Radiohead
2013: The Stepkids : Dirty Projectors : HAIM : The National : Paul : Animal Collective : R.Kelly : DATSUPERJAM : Byrne & Vincent : SWANS....damn. take me back to 2013
With Frank Ocean playing late night, it seems unlikely he'll conflict with the FLips. In my scenario, they would play back-to back late night Which like R. Kelly and XX last year (I think). I think they'll either play there, between Lionel and Jack on Which or before Lionel on the What.

Pretty sure r Kelly & xx played diff nights last year. Xx was right after Paul & r Kelley was right after jack Johnson. I was also not totally in my mind for either show, so I could easily be mistaken....
Right now, we have reason to believe 6 of the top 14 (Jack, Lionel, Frank, FLips, Cave, and Damon) are playing Saturday, which seems like a lot, but we know very little about acts 15-25 (with the exception of the bluegrass superjam and the likelihood Skrillex is performing Fri and Sat). If you look at it as 7 of the top 20, it doesn't look so top-heavy.

My bad. I wasn't there, but I could have sworn there were two LN Which acts one night. Am I imagining that? I can't find the schedule at the moment...

No you're right. It was The XX>Pretty Lights on Friday. First year they've done that but it seems successful. I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it didn't. 50/50

Last year was my first roo, didn't realize that they had never done 2 LNs on the which. It was hugely successful & I'm sure they'll do it again...
Also carligula, I have my schedule still & it's very easily accessible (I just looked at to double check that there wasn't a second act on the which on Saturday). If you have a question and no one knows the answer I can pull it out of need be.
That's a good question. Bonnaroo deletes them from their website after each year and wikipedia is practically worthless. Your best bet is to google search something like "Bonnaroo 2013 schedule pdf," but depending on the year that can be hit or miss as well.
It sucks because I love looking at the old schedules. I have books from 2010, 11, 12 and 13 but I've lost my old ones. Lame
Ughhhhhhh! Frank Ocean vs. SuperJam "?" is gonna be the worst
I would honestly bet money that Frank goes against the Skrillex superjam on Saturday
A) Skrillex's poster listed Friday and Saturday of Bonnaroo. B) Every superjam in the last three years has taken place after the main artist's set. Black keys/Dr. John, The Roots, Jim James, Wu-Tang. C) So I think Skrillex's big show will be on Friday, Superjam on Saturday so he can rest for a day and it will cut the superjam crowd a little cause some people will be like "Eh, we already saw him, let's do something else." I expect Superjam ? on Friday.

I like Frank Ocean, he is a huge talent, but I believe putting him LN Which is a mistake. I think Bonnaroo is seeing what a success the R. Kelly LN was last year, so hey lets do another R&B LN Which, but the difference is R. Kelly does party music and has tons of experience playing live and getting crowds moving.
Ocean's music is awesome and beautiful, but its not what I would describe as a party. I think he would be much more appropriately placed closing the Which before the What headliner.
I hope I'm wrong, and his LN set is fantastic, but with everything else I'm sure will be going on during that time I doubt I'll be there to see it.
lets see if we can get some sort of Vampire Weekend/Phoenix/Janelle conflict going.
My girlfriend would weep, and i'd shrug off Phoenix. We'd probably watch the Vampire weekend show then split. Her to the last 45min-hour of Phoenix, me to the last 45min-hour of Janelle. Hopefully this doesn't happen.

I think either Janelle or VW would be a win set. Janelle is so awesome live.

That's kind of the point, every year we have the big Sunday night tent closer conflict. If you tried to see Eminem in 2011 you'll know it's necessary.

Black keys /Dr. John was actually just Dan Auerbach. And it was Sunday afternoon not Saturday night after eminem. That was just Dr.John doing his solo set
