I agree with you all the way up to the word "but".
I was trying to think of a wording that might actually solicit a (somewhat) honest response. Although, with Kanye actually playing the festival this year, I doubt we'll get a direct answer. Hypothetically speaking, if they do fault him for any of the problems that night, there's no way they're going to say it now.
At one point they did fault him. Their Wi-Fi password was "kanyesucks" shortly after the incident.

Biggest question I want answered- when will they take care of the What/Which ditch? A few more years without attention and we'll need to ferry across it!
