Sold Out! Damn! Doesn't it suck when no one in your Groop snags a Groop Leader spot before it sells out. Yeah that's what happened to us, soooo we (~10-15) of us who are mostly Roo vets and who did Groop camping last year are looking for a Groop to jump on-board with! We are 22-35 yo young professionals, who love Roo, music, and having a good fucking time! We hail mostly from OH and DC. We come equipped, with tents, EZ-Ups, coolers full of beverages, sweet dance moves, etc. If you're trying to fill your Groop and want some awesome people to camp with then hit me up and let's make this happen!

We did groop camping last year and then bought early bird tickets this year and forgot to buy our groop tickets. Now that they are sold out, is there any way to still join a group or is anyone selling their tickets? We need 4
My group is in the same dilemma, we wanted to get groop camping but timing didn't work out. We're a group of 15 -20 people, most of us around 21 y/o. PM me if interested, we're really flexible people and no judgement or anything here!! We're ATL people btw

I'm not in a groop, so not exactly the same situation. I REALLY want to join a Groop though. I'm 19 from NC coming alone. If you'd be interested in adding someone else, hit me up!

Hello everyone, I will be attending bonnaroo for the first time alone. I’m interested in group camping. I’m from California and have attended Coachella for several years. I will be flying so I will be limited on supplies. How exactly do these groups work? Everyone meets up and shares supplies? It seems like camping the experience at Roo is much different than Coachella. Regardless I’m extremely excited for this year and meeting new people.
If you're talking about the deadline to sign up as a groop leader, it doesn't matter. As the thread title indicates, groop leader spots sold out the morning of the ticket onsale. Currently there is a waiting list you can access from the Bonnaroo website.
Then there's no deadline you have worry about on Friday. That was the deadline for leader registration if there were still spots. People can't even sign up until you receive the link, which won't happen until at least Monday according to an email I got.

Groop is generally for people who are meeting up to camp together. You'll want to keep an eye on this area of the forum for people looking to pad their groop (to reach the 24 person threshold) or who are wanting to add people for other reasons
Camping with a groop isn't necessary for sure. If you're flying (I'm assuming here), and you don't get into a groop, you'll be camping in the Tent Only section which is just outside the concert venue entrance. You can either find your own land there or join the (unofficial) camp inforoo group. A thread should pop up for that soon. Generally the sharing of shade/space/supplies for camp inforoo will be worked out there.
Welcome! Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions, or if I've further confused things for you.

still selling a group camping spot for anyone that wants it! Registration hasn't closed for groop leaders. By selling I mean I won't in any way be a part of the groop, you can register yourself as groop leader and have full control of who you want to fill the spots with. I accidentally bought group camping not knowing that someone else in my friend group had already bought it

Hey if anyone is looking to join a group we have a groop camping spot and were around 15 people short! Were from Chicago and were around 18-20 yrs old. Hmu if you wanna camp with us this is our first time at roo and were super stoked!!
Hey everyone!! If your looking for a Groop, we have some room! Most of us are from Columbus, GA. The rest are OH, PA and WI. We have about 6-10 spots left. Some veterans, some rookies, mostly 21-40 years old. (We have one that will be celebrating a 16th birthday.) All of us are pretty cool. Mostly college students, hairdressers, a librarian and a skate shop owner, service industry people. Message me here or email me at celeste.edge@gmail.com for more info!
Hey Roo folks! I have a groop camping spot and am getting nervous with the final registration date that I will not have it filled. We are mostly all from Chicago with ages ranging from 20-35. Love all music and most people. We plan on doing our camp pretty epic and am looking for epic party people to help fill the camp. Before you email me please know that we will be having pre and after parties and if your looking for a quiet site then don't respond. We will have a generator, DJ booth, and a group of pure ragers. Every day the camp will have a theme and we expect everyone to participate. If you are just looking for a nicer place to camp this isn't for you, but if you are looking to meet new fun people, rage for 4 straight days, get weird, and enjoy great music then shoot me an email and we will talk to make sure this camp is a proper fit for you. Email dubsacz@gmail.com if interested.

Bonnaroo gathering of debauchery is looking for 8-12 more people. Message me if interested. Gonna have a sick campsite. We now have 5 spots left. We are all from around the US as we are from a lolla group that is 500+ strong. Really don't want to be short when the deadline hits. We have a facebook group page that is very active with tips, playlists, chatter, and music info. 30x10 foot party tent on site with disco ball
I have a groop and due to some people not going with us this year we are a couple people short of 24...let me know if you are interested and I will talk to my group.
Oh hey look!! Another person looking for people to join their Groop!
We're from Columbus, GA! All very cool, very welcoming! WIDE age range (16-40) all different walks of life. We're 9 short!! We emailed Groop camping to ask if there were any groops that needed to combine. They're compiling a list and getting back to us!

I am a Groop Leader for a group of about 14 20-30 somethings from Maryland and Michigan. We added people on last year this way [Camp Flabongo 2014] and it was incredible. Looking to add new friends to the groop for the 2015 Roo. Message if you're interested.
My girlfriend and I are potentially looking to join a groop, but does this cause any issues with us having normal passes? In other words, would joining groop camping cause us some grief trying to get in?

This sounds great. We're planning on arriving at about 1 AM Thursday morning - would we all have to coordinate arrival times or can we show up whenever?
Sorry for all of the questions, this is my first year D:

You can show up whenever. It's one of the selling points of Groop in that you don't have to all come in at once like you would in GA.

also looking to join a group myself and 1 friend traveling down from NYC were both 23, first time at the farm but not new to festivals by any stretch of the imagination, want to get in a group with chill people who like to have fun and listen to all types of music, plus im a cook so you know I don't mind cooking up some awesome meals for the crew, we come fully prepared with everything so if anyone wouldn't mind to let us link up with them we would make a great addition!
