Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer is a dance competition for Bonnaroovian’s the world over. We’re not looking for a “cool” dancer. We’re not looking for a “hip” dancer. We seek the raw, uninhibited, homegrown funkiest dancer that ever was.
And we know you who you are. Behind that humble facade lies a spirit so full of pure funk that every shake of the hips, every rattle of the waist, every roll and undulation reverberates across the universe, and it brings this little blue dot a little closer to perfection. So, why hold out? Why deny humanity that gift?
So why would you want to be Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer? The eternal glory and fame, obviously. But there are also a few cool prizes. First, Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer will get a chance to perform at Bonnaroo on the Main Stage. That means you’re going to get VIP treatment and whole lot of access to the festival. Don’t be lonely at the top. Bring your funkiest friend along, and you’ll both receive round trip travel and hotel accommodations. Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer will be crowned with the Funkiest Dancer Dance Belt of Golden Glory, exactly what it sounds like minus actual gold. In addition to that, you’ll get all the swag you can eat, a merch shopping spree up to $250, and some other crazy Bonnaroo fodder. Who knows how deep this treasure trove goes!
I'm seriously considering entering, cause those prizes are worth me acting all crazy. Besides, anyone who knows me, knows I'm fine with making a fool of myself

The voting starts once the contest judges choose Top 10. If I make the Top 10, then I'll post how/where to vote. Supposedly they'll announce them May 1st.

I don't have one either. There are many more than 10 that have that and I'm confused by some of them that do. I think they stamped them randomly. At least I'm hoping so... lol
Welp. Top 10 is up. I didn't make it. Did anyone else?
Also, I noticed there's still a vote link when I go to my submission page and my video has over 100 likes already! Wonder if I can get them to change their mind and make a Top 11???

After viewing the Top 10, looks like they decided to go with people who seem to have actual dance training. Probably wise since they'll be up in front of everyone on the main stage lol.
