Just watched his set from lollapalooza a few days ago and I'm very excited for this set, where do you think he will be placed and what type of time slot?

Did anybody else catch him two years ago at roo? For me it was one of the best shows of the weekend, he's a great performer and afterwards signed autographs and he was incredibly nice meeting everybody. Saw him again last year at Lolla and while it wasn't as great as when he was on the farm, I'm still incredibly excited to see him again.

I wanted to see him last time he was at Roo and somehow overlooked his time slot. I ended up walking by as he was close to wrapping but was so happy I got to hear him. He sounded awesome.
Midday Which? I didn't think he was that big. I think he'll get midday tent again. I saw him a couple years ago at Roo, and while it was a good show, I wasn't blown away or anything. It's cool that he signed autographs after though.

Delta Rae, The Sheepdogs and Jason Isbell all played afternoon Which last year. I don't usually like using facebook likes as a metric, but in this case, it's pretty overwhelming.

Also, I don't know if you were at his show last time, but it looked like he did a good job bringing people to the tent which is usually surprising for a 1:45pm set.

Haha. It's always an amazement to me that there are always one or two acts on the bill that I either grossly underestimate or overestimate in terms of popularity until I do a little research on them. I wasn't sold on Elton being #1 at all until some people started dropping knowledge on me.
My wife was really excited about seeing Ben in the bill. So, I have listened to him more lately and really hope that I don't have a conflict with this show. Sounds like it will be great. Ps this may be a perfect show to blurt out "I love Ben Harper!" So I can get on the "things heard at Bonnaroo" thread.
His new album was suppose to drop in early 2014 but got delayed. He tweeted this just a few hours ago. I LOVE Ben Howard. Can't wait for this set. Seen him before and definitely one of my most anticipated of the weekend. I wonder in this day and age once in album is finished how long before they can sell it? Is it a process do we think or is it like a light switch and on itunes the next day? Just wonder if we get it before Rooooo .. Note he starts his next round of live shows this Thursday..

So last night was Ben's first show back on the road. Played Falmouth in UK doing back to back shows. There was no photography/phones suppose to be permitted so there is very very little online at the moment. I did find 15 seconds though from clearly a song off his new album.
Stuff from last night hit the interwebs. From all accounts on twitter he is playing A LOT of new stuff mixed in. Found a full version of one of the new songs from the UK last night.. Sound quality is not the best

really fell hard for his debut album and have been eagerly anticipating his second. i caught him here in nyc and the show was insane, in a good way. he is amazing live and def in my top 5 acts for Roo this year. can't WAIT!! WOOHOO!!!!
So he just posted on his facebook debuting new music today at 3pm eastern.. Finally!.. Roo we kinda got shafted on Ben but I know it was a singular event. Time to get pumped for a 2015 tour..
Wasn't his whole album but hey we got a new song.. he played this at Roo although the audio was awful there.. Man he can just rest the soul of a lightning bolt I tell ya what.
