I am doing the payment plan with PayPal the "preferred" method of payment. Apparently there is some agreement that I am supposed to sign, but the Roo website won't connect and I am unable to make my payment.
I'm having the same issue. Just for troubleshooting, i clicked the pay in full link and that one connected to Paypal, but it only had the #5 payment listed at $136(for 2 tickets) as an option to pay. Defiantly something wonky here

I received an email after letting them know that it wasn't working. It stated that the paypal site is flooded and that it will become available, but to let them know if we can't pay by the 18th. It still isn't working as of this morning

I got the same reply, and have been trying to make the payment every day at various times of the day since friday. There has to be a glitch on the make the current payment page, if you try the pay in full link it takes you to the paypal site without any issues. Still waiting to hear back from Music today on how to proceed today.

Hey I sent them a follow up email this morning to say the problem continued, they just let me know to try again on Friday. The language in the email made it seem like I didn't even need to bother before then. Odd feeling, actually wanting to throw my money at something and being told to refrain.
I need help! The debit card that I used to buy my ticket through payment plan was closed because of the Target security breach. I've already paid my initial payment plus 1 payment of $57. I basically had to beg 5/3rd Bank to keep the card open for another week, so tomorrow's payment will go through. I can't find a customer service number for the ticket company that I can call to switch account numbers. Any ideas?
I went through this. Just call AC Entertainment and let them know you want to change payment cards. You have to pay your next payment @ the time of the change. 865-523-2665

As far as shipping goes, when will tickets for payment planners go out? I noticed the ticket ship date is before I make my final payment so I was wondering how that works.

They won't ship till your last payment is made. It will arrive in plenty of time (few weeks before) but you will see the wristbands and goodies waaay before it shows up.
