Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
So this will be my fourth year going with my dad to Roo. Since the Gogol concert of 2011, we decided that we'll be attending every year until either one of us, or the festival, dies. Sadly, I've quaked up every sunday of each year, for I always forget/screwed up father's day for him. Although we save the negative vibes for after the festival, I've felt pretty shizzy letting my dad down. BUT this year will be different. I want to make it the most kickass father's day he's ever experienced. I've thought of a few things: early breakfast-in-bed/tent, a roo-unique gift, etc. But do you guys have experience/input with the holiday?
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
I always send my Dad a postcard from Bonnaroo. I try to do it the first day I'm there that way it gets to him on Saturday (local'ish girl here). So even though I'm not with him, he knows I'm thinking about him!!
I plan on releasing a balloon in memory of my dad that morning and sending up some smoke signals to the heavens!
Edit: anyone else who has lost their father/father figure, let me know and I can bring balloons for you and maybe we could organize a group launch that morning.

For those who can't be with their own fathers, I will be accepting free drinks and dispensing disapproval throughout the day. If the demand is too great, I will begin accepting free drinks on Saturday. Find me!
And then get a real job, dagnabbit. Your mother and I can't support you like this forever. When I was your age, I wasn't going to music festivals. I was etc., etc.
P.S. I did find out that they ARE doing a Father's Day message paper on Sunday again this year - they will be announcing it and how to get your message in soon!
Also - here's the Father's Day cards we're handing out at brunch - grab me and get one!
