I may be incorrect, but I've been told by more local Inforooers in the past that the Manchester Wally World does not hike prices on at least beer and food.

i come from PA, and we usually get all of out food, ice, and basic beers (PBR!) from the manchester walmart and the prices are exactly the same as they are here… so i highly doubt that there are any price changes.
on another note! last year we were the 6th car in line on the bushy branch road entrance and got searched by the cops, so we'll definitely be raging for most of the afternoon in the walmart parking lot. loo for a white rav-4 with PA plates, brewery stickers, and a very worn and duct taped rooftop carrier.
