Drive-By Truckers

Sorry everybody, I totally missed my band a day all the way back on March 9. So here we go:

The Drive-By Truckers are an Athens, Georgia-based alternative country/Southern rock band formed in 1996. Led by main frontman/songwriter Patterson Hood and supported by secondary songwriter/guitarist Mike Cooley as well as Brad Morgan, Jay Gonzalez, and Matt Patton, the Truckers have cranked out ten studio albums, most recently their 2014 release English Oceans. The Truckers thrive in a live setting, because they really rock out. I highly, highly recommend their 2001 classic Southern Rock Opera.
