I was curious about the status of my ticket order and when I put all the information in the boxes, it says no order(s) found! I did have a little complication with my payment plan last month, but it got paid the same day I was charged. They sent me this:
" This e-mail serves as confirmation that your credit card was NOT successfully charged for today's payment for the tickets you purchased through the 2014 Bonnaroo ticket payment plan.
Payments must be made within 2 business days of this notice. "
I definitely paid within that window and they sent me the confirmation email. I just don't understand why it's not working

I would definitely give them a call ASAP and see what the issue is. Maybe it's a glitch on their part.

I have the same issue that my order cannot be found. Never received an email that my payment wasn't processed and they keep taking the appropriate amount of money. I figure I just have the wrong order number.
This happened to me last year. I sent them an email and everything was resolved. If I remember right it was a mistake on their part, and I just paid the remaining balance on my order and it all worked out.
