2014. Conflicts and huge gaps of bands I dont really care for.
This reminds me of the lineups 4 or 5 years ago where Fridays and Saturdays would be stacked and Sunday had like one or two people I wanted to see. 2009 was my favorite lineup ever and I recall Snoop & Aziz Ansari being the only shows on Sunday I was making it a point to see (and they still managed to conflict...twice!) It's actually worse now though because there are more people I want to catch this year to squeeze into Friday and Saturday and I've also got no shows before 5 PM or after 2 AM either of those days. That means eight shows in 8 hours on Friday and nine shows in 8 hours Saturday. 3 way conflicts in the 12:00 Friday/12:30 Saturday slots are the most clustered for me but Vampire Weekend/NMH is probably the most painful.
Also, I'm calling it now, the Skrillex SUperjam and Disclosure both being at THE OTHER TENT is going to be the biggest cluster fucking fuck ever.
DO they not realize anyone at the top of the hill at The Other Tent CANT SEE ANYTHING? People are going to get hurt shoving under the tent for those two shows.
Disclosure had the largest crowd at The Outdoor Stage at Coachella I saw all weekend.
SLeigh bells was the biggest ive ever seen the other tent get... this will be just insane
Ok Im not familiar with either of these artists music extensively, but what show do you guys think will be better? Frank Ocean, or Nick Cave?
I think they are so dissimilar that if you even listened to a song or two of either you'd know which fits your tastes better. That said I really like both though in completely different ways.

They are both, it's not an easy answer. At this point, it's far more likely you'll have another chance to see cave
My logic as well. Frank has been performing so irregularly that I don't want to miss this. He is working on a new album so that may lead to more touring, but I have no idea. Cave I also don't know quite as well (only listened to his newest album, which was amazing)
Late nite this year seems incredibly underwhelming.
I mean I'm excited for The Flaming Lips and will likely be excited for Superjam? (depending on what it turns out to be) but after those two shows are finished, there isn't anything I'm interested in.

I don't think Bonnaroo is the festival for you then.

interested in? or have ever heard of/familliar with?

I think not caring about 8 artists on the lineup is fine. Do you want to see every artist that's playing?

I'm going to be arriving to centeroo no earlier than 3pm every day. Not because I don't want to enjoy the first 3 hours of each day, but because late night is so incredibly stacked every day.

As with every year, long gaps of nothing I want to see followed by a huge cluster of everything I want to see. I'm fine with jumping around during latenights, but it's so hard during the day in the heat when everyone is moving around kicking up dust.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

I've never been, but I expected this. I'll probably end up only catching 6-7 shows during each daytime as a result, and jump around LN. Except Friday. I'll be making the pit line for Ye from before vampire weekend starts.

Generally I'm not big into metal, hip hop, or a lot of electronic music for that matter. So after Superjam? and the Lips, not really anything I'm interested in.
Also Phyre Fest Bonnaroo is the festival for me. There's music all day that I'm interested in, except for later part of late nite.
I find it pretty weird that strangers on the internet are taking my clashfinder as truth. Especially cause I had no idea what any of the end times were.
Anywho, I have mixed feelings now that its too late to do anything about it. Still, Wednesday will give a pretty good indication how right we are.
Don't you wanna change the print advisory then? You have it set to Blue which is like the "almost correct" setting.
I think "Try to hold off printing if you can -- there are likely to be some fairly major edits and corrections" would describe this leak more accurately than where you have it now: "There are likely to be a few additions or revisions but if you're leaving for the festival now, go ahead and print anyway." Just my two cents.

I may miss jack white altogether. I'll be at Lauryn Hill from around 9 til the very end, then might want to catch some cut copy, and then try to get rail for Frank Ocean.
Whatever. White is a festivalslut. I'm sure I'll be able to see him 2 years from now when he closes Which on Sunday with his newest band.
