If I were to go to a Damon Albarn show, I'd expect to hear solo material.. but at an event like Bonnaroo I feel like he's gonna mix it up a good bit. As for Grouplove, to each their own. I dig'em - they've got some good songs, better than their pop-radio tracks, that most people are familiar with.

I think I've decided on James Blake > seeing Cut Copy from a distance over Chromeo > seeing Cut Copy up close again. It's been too long since I've seen that man with the angelic voice.

1. Lonely Press Play 2. Everyday Robots 3. Tomorrow Comes Today 4. Hollow Ponds 5. You and Me 6. On Melancholy Hill 7. Kids With Guns 8. Mr. Tembo 9. Photographs 10. Kingdom of Doom 11. Stylo (with Bobby Womack) 12. Empire Ants (Little Dragon) 13. Heavy Seas of Love 14. Clint Eastwood 15. El Manana 16. This is a Low
I feel like that is the most wild his setlist could be. Foxy will be quick to tell you to tone even that expectation down.
But it def wont be
1. Feel Good Inc 2. Song 2 3. DARE 4. Parklife 5. Beetlebum 6. Clint Eastwood 7. Dirty Harry ect...

I still haven't made the Chromeo vs James Blake decision. I'm getting up close for Cut Copy regardless.. but I'm leaning more towards Chromeo after hearing that new album.. although James Blake's most recent album is greatness

OMG if that was the setlist, that might be my favorite set at roo this year! STRAIGHT OUTA LEFT FIELD!!!

You think you can get a good spot for Cut Copy if you didn't go to Chromeo?

Saturday night is such a heart breaker for me. So many of my top acts are playing right on top of each other. If I've got a ton of energy that night I may just say fuck it and do Chromeo. I've never seen them, and Cut Copy is so fun to see up close (easy on the eyes plus fantastic dance moves/jazz hands).

The second one? If Kanye cancels maybe they could convince him to headline and do that.
If I were to go to a Damon Albarn show, I'd expect to hear solo material.. but at an event like Bonnaroo I feel like he's gonna mix it up a good bit.
bonnaroo is more special to the people who attend then the people who play. thats probably true of most every festival.
what im saying is, his setlist is his setlist. i think the best chance for a surprise is Bobby Womack (though I think you'll get Cloud of Unknowing not Stylo). pretty sure Little Dragon has a show in Atlanta that day, so no Empire Ants.
but you'll see the typical ER stuff (ER, LPP, Photographs, Heavy Seas, Mr. Tembo, Hostiles, Hollow Ponds, Selfish Giant, You and Me) and then a selection of the same blur songs he's played (Out of Time, All Your Life, This is a Low), the same Gorillaz cuts (TCT, KWG, CE, MH), the same TGTBTW (Kingdom, Three Changes).

Thursday
Taran Killam w/Good Neighbor > High and Mighty Brass Band > Cloud Nothings > Polica > Pusha T > Ty Segall
Friday
St. Paul and the Broken Bones > Dr. Dog > eat > Janelle Monae > Vampire Weekend > Kanye West > Ice Cube > Last half of Trucks Superjam > Meshuggah or Skrillex if I feel like going to a club
Saturday
High and Mighty Brass Band > John Butler Sonic Set > First Aid Kit > Bobby Womack > Damon Albarn > James Blake > Cut Copy > Jack White > Gonna see if I can get a visual on the Skrillex Superjam after hearing 7 Nation Army. Doubtful. Probably end up at whichever show is less crowded between Frank Ocean or The Flaming Lips > Darkside > whatever show most closely resembles a large sized frat party.
Sunday
High and Mighty Brass Band > Vance Joy > Goat > Arctic Monkeys > City and Colour > Little Dragon > Elton John

I just have a question, someone help? First timer, obviously. c; I know you have to be molested and whatnot to enter Centeroo, is this the same for enter stages and such? I have three shows back to back to back at This Tent. Will I have to enter and reenter each time? Trying to plan my schedule, this is tough. haha

No, they only check you as you enter Centeroo. Once you're in Centeroo, anything goes and there are no other security lines.
Also, once in Centeroo, uless you are blatantly doing something illegal right in front of a cop, you'll be fine. The one exception to this is having glass. They will bust you for glass anywhere and any time because it's a safety issue.
Also, for what it's worth, the security tends to be really tight on Thursday and then more relaxed as the event goes on.
