same here. My friend couldn't get tickets so I might not have anyone to go with but I really do no care
waited 2 hours and got kicked out of the queue fml hey atleast now I can afford to go see kings of Leon and young the giant
I would not consider Kings of Leon a good consolation. Spend that dough on Music Midtown instead.
I was able to score a Friday ticket, but it took about 100 frantic calls to Ticketmaster before I was able to get through. And as tempted as I am to sell it and double my money, the chance to see Outkast takes precedence over my dire financial situation.

Wait, Gambino and Cudi are opening for OutKast at their homecoming show?
Yes, but I'm not sure if has been determined who is playing on what days. It's assumed that additional acts will be announced at some point. Have my fingers crossed for Goodie Mob, Erykah Badu, Janelle Monáe, and the rest of the Dungeon Family.

At least wait on the line-up announcement.
lol the lineup announcement? Who gives a shit who plays before Outkast. Its Outkast in ATL for the first time in way too many years. and it could be their last time. Bieber and One Direction could open and I would be there

Im confident that the Dungeon Family crew will be participating in the actual Outkast set but I dont think they will get any of the opening slots on Friday

Big Gipp originally said they would all be at Counterpoint but I think they had to cancel that since there was a time limit. They have already said this will be an extended set with special guests.

Yeah they'll come on stage with them of course, but opening is something completely different.
Back on the topic of Music Midtown, since Outkast won't happen, are we thinking Eminem or The Rolling Stones then? The only reason I say the Stones is because of the "biggest headliner" thing
I'm thinking Rolling Stones, it fits MM lineup better and would be way more entertaining than eminem

but that worries me. It might be boring after a while. The Who though. Holy shit. They're still old as fuck but I heard they're amazing
Rolling Stones.... Are you joking. This is music midtown we are talking about. I swear to god I will dick punch anyone who tries to compare them to fucking journey.
